This person reminds me of a woman out in dyer county that made believe she was a cancer patient, sold bandanas on a website and started fleecing people for money. Some hard surveillance on her ass had shown she was a nothing with Internet access living in a trailer who was also never a patient at vandys oncology group. Prolly the same person She was called out and was visited by the SD a load of times morning noon and night on welfare check complaints. She moved out. Maybe she's resurfaced her name was Stephanie.....

Funny but interesting...from chan 5 bna NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Law enforcement agencies across Tennessee face a major weapons recall. The Department of Defense has sent a memo ordering agencies to return certain surplus military equipment deemed inappropriate for local law enforcement. The memo requires departments to return all bayonets, M-79 grenade launchers and tracked armored vehicles, like tanks, that were obtained through the federal military surplus program. NewsChannel 5 Investigates learned that four Tennessee law enforcement agencies must now return the bayonets they recently ordered through the program. "They have to return the equipment," said David Roberson with the Tennessee Department of General Services which oversees the military surplus program in Tennessee. "There aren't any exemptions being granted. An executive order has been issued." Five Tennessee law enforcement agencies must return grenade launchers that they received. And 11 departments must return tracked armored vehicles. Concern about the military surplus program rose after people witnessed the police response to protestors in Ferguson, Missouri. President Obama issued an Executive Order limiting the program and ordering this recall. NewsChannel 5 Investigates discovered many Tennessee departments have used the surplus program to order military equipment used to fight in Iraq and Afghanistan. The departments obtain the equipment at little or no cost but must pay for transportation and maintenance. Our investigation discovered that the Tennessee Highway Patrol ordered 135 bayonets in 2009 from the military surplus program. The head of the THP, Col. Tracy Trott, told us last year that his department was getting out of the program and said it had no use for the bayonets. "They were getting all this junk," Trott said. "Tents, bayonets that I can't see any reasonable need for it." The recall does not include mine-resistant vehicles -- used overseas to protect soldiers from roadside bombs. Lebanon Public Safety was one of several local departments to get one of the vehicles. "The situations we would use this vehicle in is hostage negotiations," said Mike Justice with Lebanon Public Safety. All departments must return the items by April of next year.

Let me rephrase it then. It reflects a dram shop case, if they knew the buyer was doing a straw purchase.but if the guy checked the buy for me box wrong and they said is this for you and he says yes and told him to fix it or do it over and the buyer does, then what?? Anytime I messed up filling out a 4473 they usually make you do it completely over,if not done electronically.... I hate to see the gun shop get screwed if they acted in good faith cause then every shark and con will jump on the bandwagon. This only means lawyers have another source of money while gun buyers pay more because of insurance increases thrown at the lgs....
-
if im not mistaken, after watching a report on this, the only flaw in the 4473 the buyer filled out was where the buyer checked the this aint for me box, then crossed it out,and checked it is for me. someone signs that form saying this info is correct and true and if im lying i go to jail. the gunshop isnt there to determine if one lied or not, all they can do is validate the input. i realize this is part of a deep pocket lawsuit, but holding the shop responsible is like suing budweiser for getting a dui.... some frivolous ass ####. if its an outlandish obvious straw purchase, one would hope the shop would err on the side of caution and deny the app and kill the sale. ive never worked at a gun shop but i hope thats how it works.... bad hobby.get caught jamming or disrupting gps, especially near an airport, one will face hard federal time. theres sniff gear already in place at strategic locations that works amazingly well, with incredible accuracy. Of course the libtards have already addressed this by posting no drones allowed or gps jamming signs in the neighborhood........ justsayin Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk, its either this or smoke signals!

i have a gps unit that works everywhere that may fit inside of or outside of a game cam housing. if anyone is interested contact me off list or through the message feature. these bad boys are small, cheap and work as good as 10k gov units ive worked with.... edit this way once they swipe the unit, you can track it,and nail em...this satellite unit works everywhere w no blackout areas. catching em might make it worth the investment...
