  1. No, Jesse Tischauser had nothing to do w it LOL, big disappointment as Stag was a big 3 gun sponsor.    Connecticut gun manufacturer Stag plead guilty today to violating federal law, including the loss of 200 firearms from its record books, and the possession of 62 machine guns or receivers for machine guns not registered to the company. In the plea agreement that to the revocation of the company’s Federal Firearms License, owner Mark Malkowski agreed to sell Stag and never own another gun company again. The Hartford Courant reports: HARTFORD — New Britain-based Stag Firearms LLC pleaded guilty Tuesday to violating federal firearms laws and as part of a plea agreement company president and owner Mark Malkowski agreed to sell the company and have no further ownership or management role in a gun manufacturer. The company, with Malkowski serving as its representative, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Hartford to a single felony count of possession of a machine gun not registered to the company. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is also revoking Stag’s federal license to manufacture firearms. Malkowski is also scheduled to plead guilty Wednesday in U.S. District Court in New Haven to a misdemeanor count of failure to maintain firearms records. The federal government began its investigation of Stag in July 2014, after a routine Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms inspection turned up a variety of recording keeping violations, missing firearms and unregistered firearms, the government said.   The guilty plea, Stag said in a prepared statement, was in the best interest of the company and its approximately 100 employees. Malkowski is in advanced talks with a New York private equity firm to sell the company, Stag and the government said. “For the first time in Connecticut, and there have only been a few of these prosecutions throughout the nation, a large manufacturer is pleading guilty to a felony charge relating to record keeping violations,” Connecticut U.S. Attorney Deirdre M. Daly said Tuesday. The company will pay a fine of $500,000 as part of the plea agreement. For his guilty plea, Malkowski, 37, will pay a $100,000 fine and will not be permitted to own, operate or manage a firearms company. “This company did not just manufacture small firearms. They manufactured semi-automatic weapon, machine guns, assault weapons,” Daly said. “This is not an industry where sloppiness will be tolerated.” The government said 200 firearms were stolen or lost from Stag, although there is no evidence those firearms fell into the hands of criminals or others not permitted to possess guns. The company specifically pleaded guilty to possession of 62 machine guns and machine gun receivers that were registered to another entity or not registered at all. ATF agents found the automatic rifles and receivers at the New Britain factory during an inspection July 15, 2014. Stag, in a statement, said the company “takes its obligations to comply with all laws and regulations very seriously and has made comprehensive changes to ensure that similar problems cannot happen again and that best compliance practices are maintained in all of its operations.” - See more at: http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2015/12/22/breaking-stag-arms-federal-firearms-license-revoked/?utm_source=Newsletter&utm_medium=Email&utm_content=2015-12-26&utm_campaign=Weekly+Newsletter#sthash.usDVMzYI.dpuf

  5. i believe part of the lesson is just being nice w out concern of oversensitivity. I admire the above, but I cant stand people whining because they believe theyre entitled to just to make a statement for self gratification. part of the holiday is to remind us to ask for peace on earth and goodwill toward everyone, regardless of what theyve been programmed to say. cost of being nice is zero. showing up somewhere and demanding change goes over like a pig with wings..... 9. Was standing in line on a standby flight. The agent at the ramp entrance asked 2 small kids if they were ready for their surprise visitor tomorrow, she kept asking , and they said they didn't know who was coming till the little boy said Allah to the airline agent. The agent turned 3 shades of red as the kids momma said they don't do xmas. An older guy standing behind me said sheeeeyut. I did all I could to keep from laughing. On a side note I was very disappointed that I didn't hear folks wishing each other merry xmas in the cordial fashion most of us are used to. To all my friends of all denominations, happy holidays and merry xmas. Christ is still the reason behind Christmas. To those who are so sensitive to the point where the sheeple have to be careful over offending someone over this; pls carry your man jammy contractor bag wearing ninja butts back to the amusement park you came from,if you can't what respect OUR holiday. Merry xmas to all and to all good night. I thank all friends for the prayers and fellowship I've been fortunate to have had. God bless our troops and those who couldn't be w their loved ones for the holiday! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  12. Every FFL holder I know always seems to have either fear or aggravation with the ATF I can't see why anyone who loves guns would want to bring the suck factor into their lives to ruin something they love but that's just me If it was for a full-time business where you have to live off the sale of FF Bill type items them I guess it would all be part of having the necessary evil as someone else said I would tread lightly
  13. Armed people named rob is not a crime.
  14. Video gets backed up to a micro sd in the Panasonic hub. As far as schedule goes u can view and listen anytime. There isn't a schedule feature like most dvrs have. The alarm has a home off and away mode. You can also set motion detection on each individual camera with the app. And of course it's all done through a app for phone or pad. The only downside to all of these wifi systems is if power goes out and or net access goes out your screwed. I think this is a good add on for existing systems that report to a central station via cellular svc in the long run
  15. ismart is good too! love the fact i can check in real quick and see the house inside n out and listen in as well....on a smart phone
  16. big time. if it costs 179.00 for a single camera from someone like canary, to get everything panasonic gives you for under 400 is insane! of course u can do a custom system but 4 decent cams, dvr, alarm panel, keypad motions. window doors and a smoke, your over 1000 plus u still have to pay between 20 and 45 a month for everything. i look at it as putting a dent in the comcast extortion fee.... 17. stumbled across a neat Little system on Panasonic's website it contains two indoor cameras 2 outdoor cameras, five window and door sensors, and remote operated wall outlet, good for a light or coffee maker stc,and 2 Motion Sensors. all for under 400 bucks. The only catch is usual is you have to have Wi-Fi or broadband to make it work The cameras are of decent quality although the nighttime capability is lacking, but it is great for protecting a home without having to pay a monthly fee to a monitoring company you can watch your cameras from any place on your smart phone as long as you have a data connection either to the cell company or wireless. it installs very easy all you have to do is read the very simple instructions and it will join the hub that they give you with your wireless connection in your home. having worked with all types of security systems and surveillance electronics for a very long time, I figured I would pass this on to everyone because it is of good value, and Panasonic has always made quality products I'll post a picture of one of the cameras that I put up just for general purpose not bad for total darkness but it does the trick. ps: that is a dog,not an ewok, the ir lights make their eyes appear white lol thats a still capture from the dogs room in total darkness.the system also lets you know what the temp is in the room and the system has 2 way audio. this way you can tell a burglar your coming to erase him or listen in.... amb great value.
  18. essscuse me, while i "mind meld" w my apex trigger, and fss, to make it fire at random....
  19. sounds like the guy that does the arbys thing : "we have the meats"
  20. shows how devious these pos are...
  21. Well I started a care bear online petition because these figures hurt my feelings and the Star Wars people are insensitive to the anti jihadi community. So far we've massed over 589000 signatures to have theses offensive Isis replicas removed from the store and 12 signatures that want to keep them in the store and 1 signature from the lgbt community that thinks these jihadi toys are anti lgbt. Thank the lord for GI Joe and batman ! On a side note having the klansmen and jihadists side by side in a French dept store seems par for course. Left field all he way!
  22. It's a trick to get us to accept ninja jihadists in our culture <efg>
  23. Couldn't believe it a Star Wars figure has hit the shelf ready for jihad against all infidels. Using a trick from another TGO member i did my part to minimize jihadi/ Isis exposure to our "yutes" If you see them at a store near you place them in an about face.
  24. Take em all down ONLY if they'll erect a statue to tribute and individually  memorialize Micheal Hunt, Michael Deckinyuraz, the lawfirm of Shalwi, Chetham, and Howe, and Richard "Dick" Hertz, all famous Americans, from Intercourse PA....I swear our educational system post high school breeds stupidity off of the dna charts...
