  9. An airport janitor was arrested Saturday after a pilot reported his gun had been stolen while he was in the washroom at Philadelphia Airport. The unidentified pilot had cleared security and made the restroom stop on the way to his flight when the theft occurred. The airport was searched and witnesses interviewed, and it was determined the only person who entered the bathroom while the pilot was in there was a janitor. The gun was found in a janitorial supply closet. The janitor was the only one in the airport with a key to the closet and he was arrested at the airport. He faces charges of theft and receiving stolen property. The gun was in the pilot's bag, which is authorized under the Federal Flight Deck Officer program that was enacted after 9/11. Pilots who go through the training are issued .40 caliber semi-automatic pistols and must follow strict rules in carrying them and storing them in the cockpit. 10. They are more than likely sourcing it to cover the retro market. I think most companies would focus on an upper to add more crap to to entice sales of accessories but sticking within the circle of true gun parts it makes sense. Brownells can afford to have someone run hundreds of em even if they'll sit on a shelf. Even if they sold them at cost plus 10% they're still ahead....and as most of us know, if you find a roll pin on the floor, it's time to build another whole rifle.....

  12. A phone w evidence should always be pw protected. They can't even try to access it without a warrant. (At least they're not supposed to) I've had first hand experience with snatched phones being used to do other things after being taken in where afterwards someone would attempt to delete that "added data" to save their behind. Always password protect. Especially when you have evidence stored on that device. And. Don't offer it up without having a copy of that evidence made for your attorney first.
