  5.  As posted, a small handful of us are looking for a place to shoot rifle 500 to 1500 yards on the weekend. We pretty much know about the known smaller places, just looking for something longer  and private. Doesnt have to be free, just in middle tn area if possible. Not for hunting..thanks
  6. I Know you asked for kydex but wild bills concealments makes a nice paddle holster for the railed tacops, both full size and carry models. 65.00 tan or black, great for edc...I went through holster hell looking for holsters for mine....an older USP 40 holster from safariland is what i used in kydex till i moved to leather. The safariland kydex was huge and bulky w a big swing strap on top....
  7. :usa: awesome thank you for keeping the american spirit !!!!
  8. Now, Barnes and her husband wonder what could've happened if that information got into the wrong hands, because they have gone to great lengths to keep their address unlisted after taking out a restraining order against someone in their past.   Someone could have adhered to the polite golden rule, but going to the media just works so well supporting the RO they had allegedly taken out for some reason.... The sheriff should have contacted the "pee and flee" suspect and asked them if they could contact the restaurant owner over an issue. The sheriff professionally should not have provided anyone with their tag info although the store owner could have obtained it from the clerks office, without using the sheriff. Last but not least, the suspect could have gone into the restroom and caused plumbing damage needing professional repair ( more than just a plunge) with that part not being disclosed to anyone....( some adults can probably be worse than 5 year olds when it comes to what they can try to get a toilet to flush). Sometimes it amazes me at what chan 4 puts out and what they wont put out...   Its because of all of the idiots involved in a stupid issue like this, that more critical items get cast to the side to where law makers will now waste time on a toilet bowl usage law instead of getting funds to buy school books or getting more money for much needed teachers or body armor for officers.....<efg> Ill never use the bathroom at ruth chris or lowes vanderbilt as i cant afford to buy a 50 dollar steak or pay for a 500.00  room after taking a quick whiz between calls   LOL  thanks for the humorous post
  9. Read this: The Public Records and commercially available data sources used on reports have errors.  Data is sometimes entered poorly, processed incorrectly and is generally not free from defect.  This system should not be relied upon as definitively accurate.  Before relying on any data this system supplies, it should be independently verified.   data is for information purposes only and is not an official record.  second: If you are charged with a crime and are mugged and printed, and found innocent/not guilty etc the charges are usually still in the system as they have to be expunged at the request of the prosecuting agency.   Sometimes no one follows up to make sure expungement's are done correctly and are actually sent in,even after they're paid for. One can be denied because they haven't allowed enough time for something such as a temp order of protection, that was dismissed by the court, to be purged from the system. That's the most typical. Also,if someone reads an entry and thinks it warrants denial, they will err on the side of caution, leaving the purchaser the option to appeal. The appeal speeds up the determination process as to allow the screener to understand the circumstances behind whatever it was that denied the applicant. I've observed where the courts are actually contacted by TBI to get more information w regard to an appeal.again, bottom line is the appeal usually points the screener handling the appeal in the right direction to make better determination. HTH
  10. You can have 10 grand or a million on you.you don't have to say a word to anyone either to give them probable cause,or terry BS initiated searches..drive through Williamson or Dickson co and get stopped by the money pups, they'll work you over forever trying to get the greenbacks into that suv or patrol car....if you really wanna see if its legal to carry 10 grand, put a sombrero on and drive 55 westbound on a tue or wed and stare at the suv in the median at the 840 exit.It will then become illegal to carry 10 K in cash on you.....in their world.........Its not out of hand, its called interdiction. In Williamson and Dickson county its called drug enforcement.......The police wont give back 32 K unless theres a good attorney behind it.Dickson county claims poverty but they have more K9's and SUVs then Shelby co,literally, highway money and rogues forcing folks to give it up under threat of incarceration. Thats why chan 5 jumped it along with racial profiling.
  11. maybe he just needed a brick n mortar to have an ffl/sell ammo etc, maybe he is a "brewsters millions type where he has to keep going for a certain xyz or he gets squat from the trust fund..maybe the feds thought because its in an industrial area, they can draw out al qaeda types to sell to as part of a "shteeng" like the successful op in meh heeco After reading the posts,by comparison BP in the boro makes FGS look like a Mercedes dealer........   Thanks guys ill steer clear.........
  12. LOL cmon that kiss was nasty,i would have felt better if she flashed him,or if she threw him down in a sexy way, everyone deserves love but sorry that was a nasty kiss....it was the technique not the act that was vile, also made me wonder if the kid was even 18.... im sorry but i cant get the avatar to show more behind.....<eg>
  13. Alter Bridge ...Miles Kennedy on Slashes new CD, good stuff!
  14. Dolomite you penned an awesome letter but Sure, why not,Realistically, they probably wont read it anyhow, but its a good vent...Judge made himself this weeks poster child for bad karma.Im sure the kyle family just loved that cartoon,if they saw it. Im sure the families of the 2 blackwater guys that got torched while alive just loved the photos of them hanging from a bridge rail.I saw that. I have horrible sarcasm but the guy publicly demeaned a respected member of the sf community that believed in giving back to his family, and others...Bad enough a motorcycle club has to escort and protect fallen troops on their last journey to their graves; from a certain group of angry churchgoers... i guess if i really wanted i could redact my unfriendly sarcastic comment and silently pray that judge will render an apology to the kyle family.........Knowing a little about media, that wont happen. He wanted to get a pop out of a cartoon and he got it.His subject matter was of very poor choice. imho, if it was meant to desecrate the honor of chris kyle, ill stick to my opinion, judge can deal w the masses.....or the BS of looking for a job.....
  15.  bill haslam should put em right next to barrett in christiana w a tax deal that mirrors what amazon dove on.go magpul screw colorado.....they should put effort into helping prevent mass kaos instead  of pounding plastic mag mfgrs...idiots, they still haven't figured out who killed jon benet ramsey because they have exhausted funds and efforts......colorados government has always been half assed.
  16. "redacted w respect to golden rule"She caused a lot of misery that never got published. She was given chance after chance, and wouldnt suck it up and lead a productive life. I do question the alleged suicide although i havent seen the autopsy on him. Its sad she left those kids and killed their dog.Again Karma is a bitch....or in this case extreme.
  17. i copied dolomites letter and sent along with:   "Lee Judge deserves to be gang raped, set on fire, and extinguished with gasoline. The same way the iraqi insurgents did to a few of our guys down range. Karmas a bitch" thanks for the heads up sam
  18. It would be terrible to hog tie a cartoonist and send him to yemen dressed in nothing but a "i hate allah t shirt". a public stoning while on fire would be too kind. RIP Chris Kyle
  19. When AM General punched out the first hummers they had tires that would work w no air/aka run flat.It was a rough ass ride, w poor handling.the rims couldnt handle prolonged driving but it would work on a fast exfil from a bad area......very expensive option that never flew well....
  20. seems like the tee ef has had some issues running their own gun shop.....how many agents are dead now from the  "drink my cool aid project gone wild"? well hell, if they have fair priced ammo im in...if i see theyre shipping to mexico im out.......
  21. at least shes drives better than her boss makes commercials....the superbowl go daddy commercial was disgusting and vile.maybe go daddy will regain half a brain w her kicking ass in nascar....maybe.....
  22. good discussion,I would have declined to provide it and wouldnt allow anyone to scan it as well. There are so many forged DL's out there, you might as well hand em an elvis license from a souvenir shop if they're that anal. Some may not wanna hear this but your DL belongs to the state of issuance. It is yours only to demonstrate you have qualified to obtain the privilege to drive. It is also the holders responsibility to maintain it.Maintaining it means not giving it to someone to copy without reasonable purpose. LGS guy has an obligation to protect himself,BUT he can refuse service at will.He may ask for it as part of the sale which is understood, but to scan a DL for the reason of allowing someone to finger a weapon is moot.....
  23. I agree, the worst part is it costs between 40 and 65 bucks a day to house an inmate and THAT doesn't include medical expenses..so mr ego added an additional month coating the taxpayer an additional rough 1600 bucks,so much for the lawyer with an iq of 12 ;)
