Are there any groups,or get together for fun folks practicing and firing 3 gun around Nashville? Been reading and studying and figured Id ask.Ive seen the pistol events but was looking specifically for 3 gun. I understand going to an event and competing,but am more concerned with training for actual competition away from populated ranges. Looks like fun! Any help is appreciated.Thanks

Agreed w everyone beyond poor.if the parents dont like it they can appeal it. Theres an old joke that makes every lawyer laugh or smile: What do u call a lawyer with an IQ of 3?? Lil off topic but... I've been to meetings where phones get checked in prior to the meeting. For all the right reasons like yours,Yeah there's places that do jam but an FCC door knock can cost more than an employee assigned to watch the cell phone drop box outside of the conference room. I've never been one to allow my phone to go out of reach but sometimes there's no choice. On a funny note I always get a kick out of judges that snatch phones in court...that's better than any jammer

GPS is easily jammed or over powered because the signal strength is so weak. I've seen guys using linear amplifies cb radios on side band wreak havoc with the most sophisticated systems, however the only way to help prevent jamming is to increase the power of the us GPS signals, which won't happen anytime soon. I'm going to follow up on the case in NJ. There is def more to this than the press knows. And thanks to the op for bringing this up 1 st I've heard of anyone taking a hit for a GPS jammer.

Jamming is illegal on GPS and cellular bands, the GPS jammers for 100 bucks typically only cover a 5 meter area they transmit in the 1500 MHz band to nullify the weak signal rcvd from GPS satellites. Thera jammers from Europe that cost a lot more than 100 bucks and have more power than a cig lighter model typically used. Bad guys use these all the time to try to thwart tracking devices sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. There's more to the news story as I don't believe a random driver got picked off amongst a sea of hundreds of vehicles near Newark airport system test or not. There was a co that offered wireless service on a frequency so close to GPS it actually screwed with consumer devices. That co got FCC approval to buy and stay on that band and they're still in business. Jamming cell sigs is a serious offense and causes problems w dhs comms and 911 system issues. Not illegal overseas. Actually @ 10 yrs ago i watched a live demo of a product that was used in motion to null roadside crap. It worked so well the folks in the coffee shop were walking like zombies w their laptops and phones looking around.... Funny to watch but it had shown the capability of jamming.

its a dump, but its cheap and it works,because there's minimal traffic,you can get in for 10 bucks after 4 pm hit paper and leave, hassle free place.if theyre not busy they wont run u out if you go over an hour. not a good place to bring a date unless shes a hard ass.Steve resident gunsmith, knows AR's really well.Hes a Vietnam vet and is always helpful w ar issues.loves his black rifles and 1911's. The show makes the meth business look appetizing to young impressionable minds. If you need to get a first hand look to understand my point visit St Judes or vandy hospital and talk to any nurse in the burn unit andvask anout where most of the victims really come from.especially the ones with damaged lung tissue and caustic burns.TN has law that allows any child exposed to meth mfg to be removed from their wonderful parents faster than u can polish a 1911 .there is nothing good about meth to the point where the only thing a kid should know is to run from it.Not making a play over a lifestyle that involves manufacturing it. Last but not least, understand that home invasions, car jackings and other violent act's are typically comitted by someone who is high or will be high on a substance more potent than weed. It all starts from somewhere. watching kids in a skit about breaking bad is making meth world look cool.To me or the innocent victims its not fng cool.To make drugs for money thats used to buy things to kill me and my friends I work with isnt cool at all.... I've watched b bad, up to the latest season.the main characters that survive are mostly glamorized., or made to look cool in the eyes of a minor, after all bad is supposedly cool in today's society. Dumb asses copy crap they see on tv with good and ill intent. Children are young and impressionable. If someone thinks it's ok for adults to exploit miinor children to portray meth cooks, gang bangers and someone who uses academic skills ( like a chemistry teacher) to create a bad drug,it tells me that person is ok w child porn, beastiality, and probably find exploitation of minors amusing. I don't. I find humor in many things, but I draw the line when it comes to promoting or demonstrating bad behavior using minors. If the actors on the tube video were adults made to look young so be it. I hope someone slaps the tube w an order to take it down. Kids re enacting a lifestyle of violence and drug dealing isn't the American way either.. Wtf.....

What they don't show on breaking bad is the burn victims, the children subjected to sexual exploitation, chemical burns, starvation, asphyxiation and more.
