Im not qualified to give anyone legal advice and you should always consult with a competent attorney,BUT, in my opinion,the estate probably needs to be settled through probate court. The son can contest the will.The girlfriend may feel entitled to what is there and the will may show she is. i wanted to guage the availability of our fav items by showing wal mart was low.unforunately many LGS,not all but many,dont give a rats ass about where their money comes from,we saw that for the past year,many of em dont care if we think a buck a round  for 223 is crazy.theyre just like wal mart, all business... disappointing for me to see shelves so low on supply.especially after checking a ammo inventory site that says different. that made me weep lol....

u asked a good question with infinite answers available. There are so many good AR's out there but a rock river is good to go out of the box,less than a grand.as are many others.rock river rifles have good resale value,nice triggers and good parts.Any of em are around a grand. Thats just my 2 cents.....hope this helps

Ill tip 20% for good service. Good service means keeping my water filled, not talking to me like I'm 5 and delivering food in a fair manner. The rate drops for every 5 mins I sit w an empty glass. It drops again if you steal my plate or the ol ladies plate id we have to het up or leave for a minute. Dumping ketchup or garnishing my food w dirty ass parmesan cheese,salt or pepper or some other garnishment will make me send it back and drop the tip again.I don't get mean w servers as its not right. Ill tell a mgr what i think if they ask.Leaving a dollar on a table is my way of saying my experienced sucked. I kinda carry the same attitude as John taffy the bar rescue guy, if it goes bad give me a solution not an excuse and ill tip and come back. Feeding me pre canned bs about a meal or killing my meal by burning it or serving me a baby portion runs the tip down. I tip pre tax. I understand some folks need their money but if they're serving and bitching over tips, and they suck, they should find a new line of work. I deal w the public and don't get or expect gratuities. Not much to say about the mall fiasco. In a land where 8 year old boys have more combat experience than a marine e 5, this is nothing huge. Most of what happens in Kenya, or other countries in africa Never hits the news until a journalist gets in the middle of it...our us malls are dying a slow death...
