Great job . Hey what does "YHVH" mean ? I thought that was where Lord was supposed to be in that verse .

I had a Nitromethane powered Truck but that got to aggrivating having to always tune this and check that . Plus there was so much "after run" crap to deal with and clean up on the engine. So I got a Traxxas Rustler that is electric . Its AWESOME ! It has a brushless motor and it will outrun my Nitromethane truck anyday ! Plus with electric there is no after-run procedure and no tuning all the time. Here it is with the body on and off sitting on a stand I made. The only thing I did was drill a lanyard hole in it like the G17 , 19 and most the rest . Other than that mine is stock . Stock is the best way that Glocks run in my opinion.

That will be funny ! Fly in over a ball game with a drone plane trialing a big banner behind it saying how his girlfriend sucked in bed or "gets around" But you are correct , it will take something like that for things to happen . Even then the joker or prankster will get charged with something yet the goverment will still do whatever they want with their own drones .

I'm a R/C hobbyist . I run a remote control truck , but my son runs a remote controlled helicopter . This is all fun for us but I can understand the $hit storm that can happen when the goverment gets involved . We keep our helicopter out of the neighbors area/ sky and stay to ourselves . But i can see how a pervert or such can use this as a tool. Especially goverment .

Hey Craig , My G30 is from 1997 . Has no rails and I use the 9rd flush fitting magazine with it for carry. I carry it strong sided in the Glock sport/combat holster. I went through a crap load of holsters for it then tried the Glock holster and I love it . For "cross-draw"/ weak side carry I use a leather Pro Carry Belt ride from The Holster Store. Some people dont like crossdraw but for some shirts or pants I wear this works for me . They are out of FLorida and make nice well built good priced holsters. It may look cheap but they are built tough. My ammo varies but my G30 will cycle and feed anything. Thats the great thing about the Glock 30 . I hope you like the pics below . Part of my old street racing apparel that I wore and carried when I was a naughty boy in my street racing days in the 90's . Still have the G17 and the gloves.

If I remember correctly , the Wankel had a problem early on and it's early engines would burn oil right off the bat on new engines. Plus it's dirty little secret was low torque.
-
Exactly ! I was wondering how the lubrication system would get up in through the tight areas of that engine. It is interesting !

The bottom line is this : Don't mess with God's creations and "re-engineer" them or some $hit will happen . God put creatures here for us to eat as they are and when you mess with that delicate cycle then nothing good will come of it . Like eating red meat. Red meat is really good for you when the cows eat grass like they are meant to eat . It gives you omega 3 . But when they are grown and fed grain then they dont produce the natural vitamins like they would from eating grass. This is my $0.02 .

Nope and I am a mechanic . And I'll get back to the subject. I really would like this gun if it were not for the action and the grip safety , but then again that what makes this gun special.

It is bad enough when I catch a hatchery raised trout when I am fishing the Caney Fork and see a large growth on their head ( it has really happened to me) but when you have fish grown at accelerated rates then stuff really goes bezerk .
-
Yes , Let us know as soon as you get details.

In my opinion any gun should shoot reliably straight from the box and not need a steam cleaning nor a break-in period unless it is an old surplus war gun packed in cosmoline. This is my $0.02 .

I have OCD and this is when that disorder comes in handy :pleased: . I check and double check things , then go back and check them again . When I buy a holster , you better believe I check that trigger area by golly ! If in doubt I buy a different holster and that also goes for mag releases . Some holsters will press against the mag release button. Especially on S&W M&P's. The Tagua holsters are bad about that .
-
Yep ! thats what it said ! HAHA I dont wish bad on people but that is hilarious !

A man gets a draw string tangled in his trigger guard then his pistol fires. I have always been like "OCD" when it comes to my trigger guard area. Good lord just keep your trigger guard safe and everything will be fine . Glock pistols are perfectly safe just practice safety and you'll be just fine . This video reminds me of this paragraph " Glocks are perfectly safe . If you need to have an extra safety then I suppose you might want to sleep with a security blanket also. Personally I have a functioning brain and know not to pull a trigger unless I'm ready to fire . This simple concept seems to escape many people." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrJMQupYxaw

Let us know how the Kimber runs . I hear they are hit and miss as far as reliability but my friends have had bad results. I hope you get a good one. Just let us know how it runs.

Tumblers ? Are these deals any good ?
tercel89 replied to tercel89's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
I got the Midsouth TUmbler with the seperator and the media and the polish . It say to use the brass polish by adding a cap or two caps . Does this mean to our it directly into the media while in the machine ? Looks like this would make the media chunky or moist . Anyone know ???? -

Do I clean the brass in the tumbler WITH the spent primers still in the brass ? Like I said I am new to this stuff and just starting off. Any help is appreciated . -
A Glock can be a carry gun , a house gun, a carry gun and combat gun . It has only 30 something parts and the parts can be found really easy . Taking it all apart down to the last spring and pin is very easy . I have carried one at work on my job for 17 yrs and it has never had a malfunction. This is why I say Glock.
