  1. Up-Talking is one thing that annoys me. People saying a sentence that sounds like they are asking a question. It seems to be widely used now by all ages of people. It makes people sound like they are unsure about what they are talking about. It annoys the crap out of me. Also when people drive too close to one another. Either they have not rear-ended someone before or they are just immature. People tailgate others so badly that the hand of God is the only thing that could keep them from not crashing into the person in front of them. Also , I have noticed something in the last few years. When I'm turning from one street to another or turning into a driveway, the person behind me always gets pissed amd blows the horn. They expect people to turn into a driveway or street at full speed it seems. When you are behind another vehicle in Tennessee , you should keep safe distance to keep from crashing into them . If you get mad at a person that wants to sayfely make a turn, then you should probably put more distance between you and them or leave your home earlier to you're not in such of a hurry. I've been working crashes for 25 years and drivers just keep getting worse habits and make more dangerous decisions it seems.
  2. I havent shot it for the purpose of dead-on accuracy yet, I just showed her how to shoot it and shes been hitting a steel target and hearing it ring. I'll try to check for accuracy next week and post it.

  6. Bump. I took out the holsters and listed a rock bottom firm price.
  7. Sold ...
  8. The prices , in my opinion , were just regular used prices. For rental guns , they should have been lower in my opinion.
  9. Royal Range had a few last month listed as "used range guns". I can't remember what brand of guns they were. I think one was a Ruger MK series in .22lr .
  10. I'd say most any Glock , especially the Glock 17 , would be a good purchase from a rental place if you inspect it good enough. Glock is a pretty good company no matter what you hear or think of them. They fix lots of things , sometimes even heavy wear and tear items they will replace for very little charge. Customer service is darn good in my opinion.
  11. sold pending meet
  12. sold........
  13. What's the best bang for the buck handy dandy bolt and bolt-carrier cleaning tool ? At work we use these ones that look like a tuning fork but just trying to see what's the most handiest one I can find for my personal rifle. Any information is appreciated.
  14. During the life of the Ruger P89 , Ruger offered a combo package with the P89 in 9mm and an extra barrel inside the case chambered in 30 Luger. It didn't do too well. Most all p89 owners never used the 30 Luger barrels as far as I know. But I'm sure all these newer young gun owners are eager to try the 30 Super because it's new and offers slightly more capacity. I keep things simple and try to carry what is readily available anywhere in the US . I recently got a Glock 29 in 10mm thats not as common as 9 , .40 , and 45 BUT,,,,,, it also shoots .40 very reliably with no modifications. As a TGO member mentioned earlier , it would be nice to see a firearm designed AROUND the 30 Super instead of an EXISTING firearm being converted to 30 Super. The slide and frame could be extremely thin and very concealable.
  15. I may look for a 20 next. I do like the full size Glocks
  16. Dash cameras are awesome and they sure help officers that are working a crash. It sometimes shows who is lying and who is not. I was working a crash where one truck t-boned another. Both said they each had a green light. The victim showed me his dash camera and he clearly had a green light and the other truck ran the red light. The guy that ran the red light lied to me after I gave him another chance. I then showed him other guy's video and he tucked his tail between his legs after that.
