WOW !! Thats great !!!! Was that from a dealer ?

Some are at 529,569,589 and 599 . All on the same exact model pistol . Wierd thing is that the higher prices are at usually good priced shops and the lower prices are at usually higher priced shops .

I was looking at several stores while at with the family and noticed that some stores have the M&P pistols really cheap and some stores have them priced kinda high . A few of the stores that are normally good on prices have them kinda high . And I mean like right at or near MSRP . Why is this ? I did hear talk of S&W lowering their prices on them but you know how internet and gun shop rumors are .

Has anyone here shot one of these or have one ? They seem like a cross between the M&P's and Sigmas . They look and feel nice . They are supposed to have the Melonite treated slides and barrels too . The price is pretty good also . Anyone have one here ? Just wondering about the reliability of them .

Oh my God , in the first picture they are mating !!! What kind of pistol will they have ????? maybe a "legal" G25 since they were "conceived" here in the US ????

I just got a S&W M&P.40 from dhook that is a member here . What a nice guy . He sold me a nice gun and was very courteous . Man it is such a nice gun and I say this as a Glock guy. Very nice pistol. How do you other guys like your M&P pistols ?

Are you sure its the Mini that got released ? I think it is the Compact "L" model which is not as small as the original mini , but I could be wrong .

An M-TAC holster would be good , but most PD's here dont wear anything . Most here wear a jacket so I guess any holster would work good . Are you a PD ? If so which county or counties ? I know our DA's cover 1-2 sometimes .

They are a FANTASTIC deal ! Here is mine in .45ACP with my little buddy .

There are a lot of varients of the CZ75 Compact . Do you have the exact picture of it ? If so post a link to it . I have the P-01 which is also called the 75 compact and then there is the 75 compact PCR , and so on . I'd recommend them all . CZ's are great pistols .

I hate to tell you this , but they went from great to BLAH . I loved the 1st gens , the 2 gens, then the 3rd gens had the finger grooves and I did not like them , and now the 4th gens have PROBLEMS with the damn recoil springs in certain ones . I dont know why Glock didnt just keep it the way it was .

I am hunting a Marlin 1894 Lever Action Rifle in .38/.357 . It is a must have rifle for me . I havent heard many things on them . What are you guys thoughts ? I want it for everyday plinking , hunting , and "just cause it goes with my Ruger SP101" Any problems with them ?

I agree , the 1911 and the SP101 are the best of both world . One from the Semi-auto and the other from the revolver . Both are EXCELLENT!!!!

I do this just like my Transmission fluid : once a year even though it doesnt need it . Plus its good practice !

They have a P-01 Today !!! I just walked outta there today with a Glock 19OD and they also had a new P-01 !!! They also have layaway which is always handy

UPDATE: Guys I ran into a deal I couldnt refuse . I was "iffy" on the past problems of the M&P and I am sure the problems have gone away . So while out browsing today I ran into a light-skinned brother of a "buddy" that I have now (G-17OD). I went with a NEW in the box G19 in OD !!! I love these things and now that they are discontinued you dont see many new in the box anymore . Here he is .....

I just got a new one in December from Dickson Sportsman store . They used to carry CZ a lot but they were having slow sles with them . They had a CZ P-01 Compact in there new with the NATO markings on it marked down to $450 !!! I snatched that bad boy up ! You might try to call them . They may can order one cheaper than from ordering from the factory . Also try Tn Gun Country here in town . It is right acroos and down from Hardee's on Ft.Campbell Blvd . Dave there may can order one for you .

No I mean on the left side near what I guess would be the beaver-tail on a 1911 gun . There was a letter and an arrow . I am guessing that this is where the ILS (key lock) would go if it had one .

Well so far so good . I applied on here to get a Benefactor account so I can sell stuff too , so when that gets into effect (hopefully this weekend ) I will be able to put my Colt .45 up for sale on here and then use that money to get me a new M&P !!! I looked at the M&P's today . There seems like a plug of some sort at the rear of the frame . Is this to plug up the hole where the ILS(key safety) was if it is made without one ?

Hey guys/gals , I was looking at the M&P pistols 2 years ago . I alomost bought one but then on the M&P forums several people were having rust issues with them . Now it has been 2 yrs later and I am in the market for one again. Has anyone here experienced this rust issue ? I know it had something to do with the stainless steel and it being treated by the Melonite process . Anyone got one ? How has it held up ? I am looking at the mide-size 9mm.
