  1. You sir , are exactly like me . I agree with that 100% . Tell me what you want the first time. If I dont like it , I walk .
  2. Keep the GLocks because they are relaible and dont have close tollerences . People that have high-end 1911's brag about close tolerences and being so smooth but if you have that , you have a greater chance of dirt and debris clogging and jamming your gun where a gun with less tollerence will just keep working .
  3. OH , and Glock30 wins !!!!!!
  4. I dont have a map with me , but I went further south on I-65 in the area where I used to eat some good catfish .
  5. Nope , just bone stock
  6. No , I just walked out after seeing the prices . They have a great selection , a BIG selection , but the prices are just unreal .
  7. No but that one is a good runner-up .
  8. I dont know exactly what the MSRP is for a Glock 34 , but for a gun shop to have one for $699 seems to be just stupid. I am not usually one to post this, but good Lord , where did that price come from ? But that is just my opinion . I am not gonna say which shop it is but I just cant believe that price ! Any of you in Middle TN will probably know which one this is . I know that this shop is really known for over-pricing but DAMN!!!! Just DAMN!!!! That is one dollar from being $700 ! And to add to that , if you bought that and add Tn tax and a $10 background check fee , it is $777.15 HOLY MOSES!!!! For a Glock pistol !
  9. They are known to root up the ground just as bad as a hog would .
  10. I was traveling through several middle and west Tn counties today , at least 8 , and I saw 16 separate dead armadillos. I started noticing them in Tennessee around 5 yrs ago and now they are everywhere it seems. Also some TWRA guys I know said that they are carriers of the Leporacy disease . Anyone else notice these little armor plated opposums all over TN ?

    MADE!

hahaaha I would have loved to see her face when you said "what's that got to do with anything" . That is a good come-back too !
  12. WHat brand of holster is that ? It looks nice .
  13. my newest modification , my chopped glock 22 .....
  14. Thanks TNWNGR . I am not really worried about the resale though . Its a gun that I'll use for a long time .
  15. Getting a compliment from the Glock modification king himself is pretty fulfilling ! Thanks Craig . Yeah I wasn't kidding about the cut . Right now I cant bend it or my hand very well . Kinda swollen .
  16. That's a pretty neat way of seeing it : a G27XL Thanks for the compliment Glock30
  17. I too loved these guns also when I first saw Sonny Crockett using one in Miami Vice . But let me ask you both this : Does the Combat Master normally come without a grip safety ? If so thats awesome !
  18. I gotta tell ya , matching up the "new" magwell to fit the G27 magazine was a pain in the butt . I had to put in the G27 mag and take it out to use as a pattern , I did that for about 50 times ! Taking a fraction of plastic off of the frame at a time . I like the way it is and it functions great but I wont do that again . I was getting nervous at first thinking it wouldnt turn out right .
  19. The doctor that sewed me up was really cool . He was saying that he had a Glock also . He was talking about how hard and rough he is on his Glock and how they just keep on firing no matter what . We had a real good gun talk while he was sewing me up .
  20. Well , I wanted a good "gun to hand" match . I got a hand to knife blade match instead ! hahaha
  21. Now I can have full size sight picture with the small grip that wont "print" as bad under my shirt .
  22. It is hollow all the way up but it gets tighter as you go up .
  23. Check out my thread on here , I just completed it . [h=3]My G22 grip chop down to a G27[/h]
  24. My finger and hand didnt hurt when it happened . It just started hurting a few minutes ago . I guess the knife was so sharp and thats why it didnt hurt at first .
  25. I have a G22 RTF . I had previously sanded down the RTF since it was very abrasive . It worked just fine and dandy and is the best feeling Glock grip I ever felt . Well last night I got bored and decided to chop my G22 down to the grip size of a G27 . It worked great . Some people may ask "why" , well I say "just because I wanted to" . I went slow and cut with a Dremel and some sandpaper and an "exacto-knife" . I think thats what you call it . Everthing went fine until I drove the exacto-knife through my finger and up under my skin along the tendon:rolleyes: The tendon is fine but it nicked it and cut the crap out of my finger I got some stitches . I guess I should have went even slower . I used my G27 frame as a model to go by . Here are the pics in order of what "happened" and my progression .
