  1. Still available
  2. PRICE LOWERED TO $370
  3. Bump
  4. I will say that my 2022 Tacoma 2wd with 4 doors , automatic transmission and the 2.7 engine was $28,800 out the door. The same package now is $35,700. Going up over $7,000 in just 2 years is unreal ! Well not the same engine , but the NEW engine. The 2 original engines , the V6 and 4 cyl, were very reliable. Still , that is an unreal jump in price for a basic "plain jane" vehicle.
  5. Yeah I shouldn't have said junk , but I sure don't see them being a 200,000 or more mile engine without having to replace the turbo charger or even other major parts. The more power you get out of a smaller engine , the less the lifetime it seems to have.
  6. Thanks to all the TGO members and yall's information. I have driven all over God's creation and handled a bunch of Ruger GP100's. All were either milled incorrectly or off center. Some barrels were not lined up correctly. I drove to check them out in person because I am not buying a gun sight unseen whether I can send it back or not. It's too much of a hassle. I guess the newer Ruger's have lower standards or worse quality control that in previous years. So I am no longer looking for a Ruger revolver unless I stumble across one that is properly built. It seems that is the same with Beretta. Now that they have moved to Tennessee , their quality is "hit and miss". And to go on to cars , Toyota was great too. Now they are building crap ! I guess I am just getting old and stuborn !
  7. I sold my "dream truck" back in 2015 to a member here. I didn't want to sell it but we were trying to get out of debt and so I sold it to pay off some of my wife's student loans. It was a 2003 Tacoma in 2.7 4 cylinder which is almost bullet proof. So 6 years later my wife said I could get my "retirement truck" . So I got the 2022 Tacoma but with 4 doors and the same 2.7 liter 4 cylinder. I like it but the only thing I don't like is the transmission not having a dip-stick. To change the transmission fluid I have to drain the fluid , then "jump" a few contacts under the dash and put it into a "mode" to change the fluid and then check it with it's "check" drain plug. Other than that , its been great. I pull a 10 foot utility trailer hauling a good size zero-turn mower on it every other week to mow my mother-in-laws place. The 2.7 engine is a great engine and has a long track record. These newer turbo models are crap . I know all the hype is great and the horsepower is great but it is NOT a long-life nor long-mileage engine. The days of the "long life long mileage" engines from Toyota are gone , sad to say. Try to find a 2023 or older Tacoma.
  8. Weekend bump
  9. sold...........
  10. Well I finally found a 92A1 new in box made in 2021. Thanks for the previous offers from you members of the other types of the 92 Series.
  11. Thank you. The 92A1 is a bit different in that it has a round trigger guard , dove-tail removal sights instead of the sight milled into the slide , the slide is a bit beefier , the frame has a rail , the internal part of the frame has a recoil buffer , the top of the slide is a bit flatter , and the opposite end of the "disassembly lever" is round instead of oval shaped. And a captured recoil spring and guide rod system.
  12. Profile shows Lebanon
  13. The 92A1. But if you have something interesting you can message me.
  14. I'm looking for a Beretta 92A1. I'm in middle Tennessee but can travel farther for the right deal .
  15. For some reason I havent seen a P09 in a few months. I guess people are liking them too much to sell them.
  16. I had one and wish I had it back ! They are god , reliable and easy to work on if needed. You can switch them from decok-only to a manual safety to carry "cocked and locked" and the parts to do this are included with the gun.
  17. I know the owner of the shop and he just opened the cardboard box to show me. I never asked him because I don't care for Sig firearms , plus I didn't want to put him on the spot in front of his other customers who had gathered around us starring at it.
  18. Not to be funny or get off the subject but today I visited a favorite pawn shop of mine that is also a gun shop. They just got in a new , brand new rifle that the manager pulled out of the box and opened in front of me and showed me. It was a Sig Sauer rifle with the picture of Trump holding his fist just after he'd been shot ! LOL . I swear I would have seen a T-shirt printed with it before a rifle LOL But no , it was a rifle ! LOL . This incident just happened a few days ago !
  19. I'm not digging the high price of the GP or the SP that's for sure !
  20. Thank you very much ! I wondered about that with the cylinder walls so close.
  21. No but I own a TP9SF and a TP9DA and both are equal or higher quality than a Glock or anything else . The trigger reset on Canik's are AWESOME !
  22. I've seen a few used Security Six's but the asking price was astronimical. I'm sure they are worth it but the owners of those must have been on dope.
  23. I'm looking at getting a Ruger GP100 in 357mag in the 4 inch barrel. There is the 6 shot and the 7 shot. I know the 6 shot has been proven over time and reliable. How about the 7 shot ? I compared the walls of the cylinders side by side and of course the 7 shot is a bit thinner. I do plan on shooting some 357mag out of it but not all the time. Maybe practice with .38spl. So the thinner walls may mean a tad bit weaker than the 6 shot. But we are talking about one of the heaviest built revolvers. Should this be a concern ? Also , I am wanting to know if the 7 shot will be as reliable and stay "in-time" or keep it's "timing" as good as the 6 shot ? I have owned a few revolvers but never shot a lot out of them. But this gun will get a lot of shooting as I plan to start reloading 357 and .38 . Any help and experiences are appreciated. Thanks in advance. I will add that I am a huge fan of Ruger and I have a few of their P-Series which are as reliable as the sunrise , but I still understand that now days even Ruger firearms are a lot different than when those P-Series were made. Even Glock has gotten to where they are not as reliable as they used to be.
