Oscars? I had three of them in a 75 gallon tank....interesting watching them devour feeder fish....same thing as in Hollywierd.....watching them from the outside as they swim in their own "stuff" and display what God gave them...............rather watch the fish  :popcorn:

The best option for short term living is the portable tank...as DD stated...it is a hassle but if you cannot hook into a septic and don't want to move the camper, it is a viable option. Just be sure to monitor the level in the black water tank closely...it is very unpleasant to have an overflow.....don't ask how I know.....

I approached gj about making a sheath for my Ontario NS7 (which I got from another TGOer :whistle: ) and just got it back today. I am so pleased with the quality of the sheath, the color and the fact it matches my camping/hunting rig. It really completes the rig as it matches both the holster, belt and grips. The pics don't do it justice and I'm sure gj has some that showcase his excellent craftsmanship. Ah a fellow Beak Freak! Nice looking Green Wing baby....did you hand raise it? My wife and I bought our place here in east Tn with the expectation of subsistence gardening....is your acreage fenced? Goats go a long way in keeping the yard mowed but I really suggest you get a riding mower or the biggest tractor you can safely handle. There is a whole lotta work headed your way and you can't beat a good tractor to help you through it. Please post pics of your feathered babies...I used to raised them in Florida and I sure do miss them....on a side note...do no keep chickens/ducks/geese anywhere near the parrots. Be sure to keep your hands sanitized anytime you work around poultry as there are diseases/viruses that can be transmitted through you to the parrots and wipe out your flock. Good luck!

I have had 2 . I still have my Tanfoglio TZ75 (never sell it) and it is sweet! Comfortable in the hand shooting, accurate because of the internal, full length rails, easy to field strip, will eat anything I feed her, accurate, mags are somewhat easy to find, accurate and did I mention accurate? I had a Witness Match in .45acp.....came across some very hard times and had to sell her (ya gotta do whatch gotta do)....I could shoot the center out of a Shoot N See target at 25 feet with all 15 rounds, per mag, and cover it with a nickel. Excellent handgun, lousy customer service especially when looking for parts/accessories. I lived close to the EAA "factory" in Rockledge, FL and they do not allow walk ins...oh well...still an excellent, reliable weapon. I would not hesitate to get another CZ/EAA/Tanfoglio....or a good clone.

Both of my parents are in their 80s. My Mom is legally blind and, under Florida law, qualifies for a handicap plate for the family car...my Dad drives. He is on the verge of being handicapped as it take him 10 minutes to walk across the living room.  When I lived there I would get extremely pissed when I saw a healthy person park in a HC spot. I would question them in public about their "need" to park where they had no right. I deduced, in many instances, that the driver's "handicap" was a mental one and told them so loudly. Twice in the Publix parking lot my diagnosis of them being a "mental cripple" (translate to effing idiot) resulted in the local constabulary producing a prescription for  $250.00....... so yes that really burns my biscuits!  Dolomite, start calling the cops on them...not to be a prick.... but to stand up for those that need those spaces...yourself included. You served us overseas and you deserve convenience and consideration! Thank you sir.         EDIT: Ray Z beat me to it.....
