I was completely surprised when my wife called and asked "What's in this big box that UPS just dropped off?" Heck I haven't even had time to think of something to tell her besides the truth.

There must be something really wrong with the shipping department at Palmetto State Armory. I ordered an upper minus BCG and charging handle on Tuesday at around 12:30 in the afternoon. As usual I prepared for the usual 3-4 week wait. The problem? It is already here! It arrived at my door at 1:30 this afternoon! Less than a week!

Definitely did not expect that!

I have a Taurus model 444 (ultralight 28 oz 44 magnum on a Tracker/Raging bull frame). It has preformed flawlessly for well over 3000 full powered loads and at least 2000 of my lead loads. I have absolutely no doubt that when I pull the trigger it will fire and it will hit where it is aimed.

Nice! What is the barrel length?

I'd say it will mess up the fishing for a lot longer than just the 2015 season. Did they ever say how low they were going to have to drop the lake? Last I heard they were going to "start" at 7 feet lower than usual and see how it looks from there.

Made a quick stop at a local gun shop looking for powder and happened across this jewel. Smith & Wesson model 627-5 pro series 8 shot .357 magnum.

Trying to decide on a barrel for a 5.56mm caliber AR. It says: gas block- .935" I know basically nothing about gas blocks, but I want a free float rail on it. what should I be looking for. Any brands to avoid? Any help would be appreciated!

I'm more concerned with the bottomless mags that they have. Rick fired at least a couple hundred rounds out of that AK and he only had the mag that was in it when he commandeered it.
