  1.       Thanks guys!
  2. Where did you get your barrel threaded? Im thinking of having my marlin 17hmr done.
  3. I had bought a suppressor earlier this year and I will be moving soon within the state. I was wondering how to notify the batfe about my move and how would I update my new address? thanks
  4. my form for my suppressor took just about 2 months. i sent it out the beginning of june and i got the call to pick it up around the middle of august. Just when i started not thinking about the wait anymore i got the phone call
  5. I have both the usp 9mm and 45 tactical. Both are great. The 45 tactical has a match trigger and o-ring on the barrel and the 9mm doesnt. You could spend a little bit more and get the 45.

    any H&k guys?

I currently have 3 - 9mm USP-SD, .45 USP Tactical, and the 9mm P2000 w/ the LEM trigger LOL. I havent shot the P2000 yet. You guys are making me wonder if i went wrong with getting the LEM. Anyone recommend any holsters for the P2000?
  7. I have one that i converted using a 9mm conversion kit that i bought from J&T distributing a few years ago. I think thats their name. But anyways, it came with the whole upper receiver kit including the bolt carrier, 9mm buffer, and mag block. total was about $700 something if i remember correctly. Its probably cheaper now. I didnt need a new tirgger hammer or anything bc the guy said mine would work fine. Im not sure if u were to need one based on what type of lower you have. I had a rock river arms complete lower receiver. The mag block I have clips into the lower like a magazine would, then you have to tighten this allen screw to hold it in place. I also recommend using the colt magazines if you can afford them. theyre pretty high in price. I havent yet had any problems feeding with it, my other mags suck. If anyone can knows of a cheaper one that performs as good, id really like to know. thanks good luck to ya man
  8. welcome:koolaid:
  9. thats nice man! im waiting on my forms to get back on the same thing
  10. I got my suppressor from Frank at Elite Tactical Systems. He hasnt responded to my email yet. Probably busy. When I first bought it, he said i needed to go downtown and get it signed. He also did my fingerprints on the spot. Well it looks like i just might have to find a way to get a day off or an extended lunch break and go downtown. Id rather not take the chance of losing my paperwork. Thanks for all the responses and help guys!
  11. hello, i just received the serial number for my yankee hill mite suppressor for my walther p22. next step for me would be having the CLEO sign off my form. In my area of residence, that would be metro police chief serpas. Due to my work schedule and how busy its been im unable to get off in order to go downtown and get a signature. i also hate driving downtown. so my questions are: 1. Would it be possible for me to send my form 4 through usps to his office along with a self addressed stamped envelope, and have them mail it back to me? 2. Does anyone know the actual mailing address? I found one but was unsure of it bc it has a street name AND P.O. Box. Sorry Im new at this and would greatly appreciate any help!
  12. sorry to hear about your accident. glad your ok though. ive had a few close calls but never anything like that. hope you feel better soon
  13. thanks everyone
