As Garufa alluded, the .40S&W is already a high pressure round.

No freeze-dried stuff here, just tons of cans of veggies and canned meats (Spam, tuna, chicken, etc) to go along with the rice and beans. Also vacuum sealed quite a few spices - they can add quite a bit of variety to the diet. Our goal was/is to be able to go an entire year without going to the grocery store if necessary (including toiletries and such).
