I bet you have an additional radiator fan on that car - patrol cars are built to idle in heat - could be a bad thermostat or similar causing the fan to run even after the car has reached nominal temp.

Not anymore - the TN law changed last year to 24 months instead of 120, but for now, Shelby Co is keeping the computers @ 120 months... Wife got her summons yesterday. The new method is you show up on the date and are assigned / get to pick the week you wish to serve. Good luck, I was almost sequestered until I literally begged the judge for another option - I'm happy to serve, but as someone who runs their own service business (with no employees) - a day off work means zero pay and sequestered means zero chance to book more work....

I'd support any party that dissolved social security, but it sure won't be the d's or the r's...

In Alabama helping the agin in-laws fix up a bunch of little things around their house. Today I replaced some defective outlets and light switches, installed two ceiling fan/light combos, repaired a floor lamp and decorative hanging lamp, completely gutted and rebuilt two toilets, WD40'd a ton of doors and replaced the ballasts in several fluorescent lights. I'm beat.

I wonder if I couldn't have the person I'm loaning the firearm to to sign something? I know that wouldn't be much protection, but at least documenting the fact that I was not responsible for the firearm or what the person does with it would surely be helpful, no? Any advice is appreciated here. If I need to pay one of you legal types to draw something up so I can more safely help one of these guys, I'm willing.
