Looks awesome. I think a fixed front site would look best, considering the 'old school' style hand guard and stock. It has such a classic 'M16' look to it. Very nice. Would love to see it with the wood grip as well.

You can google as well as anyone (if you really don't know). Perhaps violating 4A doesn't matter to you - maybe only death and detention do - but to some of us the Patriot Act is a blatant attack on our civil rights. It's simple enough to make this point - anyone who voted for the Patriot Act voted against our civil liberties. You can rationalize it all day long, but anyone who voted to extend this WILL NOT get my vote ever again. We have to stop making excuses for these attacks on our inalienable rights. Screw them all, I couldn't care less what party they're a part of.

Well, last update I heard is that it's dead - they're backing off of it. In reality, this comes across like a pretty cut and dried interstate commerce issue, so while I'm not a lawyer, I'm thinking it would be quickly shot down in the courts anyway.
