  1. Since it is the attorneys after this, I suspect they WILL get paid...
  2. While I believe he may well go after 2A, we're way past 'the boy who cried wolf' territory here.
  3. "Clerk Then Makes Suspect Clean Up His Own Blood" That. Is. Awesome.
  4. Please make sure you let the owner know you appreciate it...
  5. Time for a few IP cams...
  6. The good news regarding a massive Chinese military is that there's a big ocean between us - it will be decades before they can build the support ships to be able to invade us, should they want to.
  7. If you can find a bottle, the annual George T Stagg is highly prized and generally ranks as the #1 bourbon every year.
  8. Wow. Holy crap.
  9. Considering the republicans can't offer up anyone who isn't the worst kind of RINO, I can't see how any party member would care. RP is the only fiscal conservative running.
  10. Some folks are just DYING to be offended by something.
  11. The people are so walled-off from the rest of the world and brain washed by TPTB, they believe DPRK is as good or better off than the rest of the world.
  12. I'm guessing that an unrealistic expectation. From what I've been reading, he's been in charge of the military testing for some time - it was apparently his call to launch all those missles and even do the nuclear testing.
  13. Yah, this. And sorry to hear, that sucks.
  14. That's pretty much me with my P3AT, but sometimes I have no choice. I'd still rather carry that than nothing.
  15. This article is from two years ago, fwiw.
  16. The government's job is NOT to disallow any potentially dangerous behavior. If that's the mindset, however, here's zero reason to allow alcohol to be sold in the US. It is poisonous to the human body and is the cause of a great number of accidents and violence every year. I'm sure you recall what happened when the government tried banning that... My point for asking for studies regarding whether or not 'anti texting' laws actually reduce accidents is because while it might seem logical, it might not reduce anything. In fact, in the small study I referenced earlier, they found an INCREASE in traffic accidents due to the new 'anti text' laws. So yah, before we knee-jerk and make MORE things illegal, let's make sure that unintended consequences don't rear their ugly head.
  17. No offense, but i think you're vastly underestimating just how different Urban's spread-option offense is from a traditional pro set. In a world of 300+ page play-books just for the offense, I doubt Urban could bring anything to the table other than "this guy is fast, that guy is really fast..."
  18. This appears to be without question. But we can't let a crisis go to waste...
  19. The government exists to protect us from ourselves - this is exactly what the founding fathers intended in writing the Constitution - it's obvious. </sarcasm>
  20. Helpful knowledge of what? Offensive and defensive schemes that are radically different than what he ran when he was at UF?
  21. 68 in a 40? Holy crap, what an idiot.
  22. I don't expect that at all, though I bet you can't find one person in any first-world city who hasn't seen the 9/11 footage, probably as it happened. It was a world-wide news story. Like i said, I'm not offended, just surprised not one person on the team of architects and designers who worked on this thought "hey, you know what?"...
  23. There are already laws for reckless driving - enforce those. In another hilarious case of unintended consequences, I saw a news report a few months ago where they noted that text related accidents had apparently increased since texting while driving was made illegal in TN as people were now holding their phones down in the lap to text so as not to be seen, taking their eyes off the road for even longer periods of time...
  24. Yup.
  25. I'm not offended, but can't deny it certainly is reminiscent of 9/11. How it supposedly never occurred to the designers is beyond me, and I deal with artists every day.
