Quiet as a church mouse here... At this point, I suppose we can only be cautiously optimistic - the 'pubs have had eight years, so now we get to see how the dems will handle things...

We'll see. I have a feeling that the lefties in DC know how divisive gun laws are (see the '96 election) and if we are actually active (not just posting on gun boards) about our rights and our state's rights, we can keep them in check. I know it seems like a long shot, but it isn't - we just have to be as passionate about our rights as our opposers are about taking them away from us...
