It is also second focal plane and I would definitely prefer first. I think I'll probably keep the Mk 4 for a hunting scope as I got a good deal on it from Law Enforcement Sales I probably just need to find another scope for my tactical .308

Yeah I definitely want a MIL/MIL scope. My MK 4 has MOA turrets and a MIL reticle. I heard that you can switch out the MOA turrets for MIL turrets. Anyone have any experience with that?

It's going on a .308 bolt gun. I have a Leupold Mk 4 in MOA and I'm going to the range this evening so I'll hopefully know whether or not I want to keep it.

I've shot one. Super accurate. Nice trigger pull. I don't think its worth it for the price though.

So what makes it so much harder to change the sights on a Kimber?

Don't like it at all. I can't think of one good reason that info should be floating around the internet...anyone? Someone should start a database where you can search to see if people are illegal immigrants or not and see how much better their privacy and "rights" are protected than our own.

I'm pretty sure that price also includes some extra internal work (i.e. trigger etc.) as well. I've qualified with a Beretta and I carry a 1911 stateside but I would definitely pick a Colt 1911 over a Beretta any day!
