  1. I just wish people would actually realize it. I'm afraid most don't.
  2. Date night at the range!?!?! That's AWESOME!! I shared that idea with my wife and she looked less than thrilled. She does enjoy shooting but I don't think she'd sacrifice date night lol
  3. Both are 20.99 per box. I know that's not a terrible deal on the 7.62 but is that "fair" on the .40?
  4. That's pretty badass!!!
  5. I've heard a lot of good about Predator Customs. I think I might give them a call. Thanks
  6. Ok. Do you have anyone to recommend in the Knoxville area?
  7. Good info! I didn't know that M18x1.5 could be rethreaded to 5/8-24. The guy that had the rifle before me was an AI fan so he had it rethreaded to M18x1.5
  8. Where in the world are you getting ammo right now?!?
  9. Yeah I really don't want to be limited to a certain brand of can
  10. I need a brake for my 20" .308 bolt gun. I don't plan on putting a can on it right now. Maybe never. But I do want to have that option should I decide to down the road. What I need right now is a brake to reduce recoil a little bit. Any specific models that any of you guys want to recommend? Thanks in advance.   Edit: Another detail I should add is that it has M18x1.5 threads ;)
  11. I actually saw 1000 rounds of PMC 5.56 for $625 and brand new PMAGs for $23. Best prices I've seen since this whole thing started. They guy was trying to pay off bills though. He said he had bought all that stuff when the prices went up and was now taking a loss on it. :ugh:
  12. My 2004 GSX-R 600. Trying to sell. I LOVE THIS BIKE!! Only mod is Yoshimura full system.
  13. Thats crazy!!! Must've sucked for that goat though lol. That big old thing could've probably dragged a man off the cliff.
  14. Go on Sunday or later Saturday. Not bad at all. But don't even bother if you're after ammo.
  15. Dang. I was gonna get some stuff from him
  16. Same issue here. Someone "liked" my post, but when you scroll down the thread and look at the post, it doesnt say "john doe likes this"
  17. Sunday won't be bad. I'll be there both days
  18. I have several friends who are LEOs and they all say that if similar legislation were passed here that they wouldn't enforce it and I'm sure that most LEOs around the country feel the same way. However, if you cannot go to your local gun shop and pick up a couple PMAGs because of legislation, not lack of supply, it is in fact being enforced whether the individual LEOs are contributing or not. No, they may not be actively confiscating, but the effect is the same, keeping certain equipment out of the hands of some law abiding citizens, and giving it to other law abiding citizens (LEOs). That's what I have the problem with.
  19. That's a good point. Nothing hits home with a politician like money!!! Even if they wanted to it would be nearly impossible to stop sales to LE through their distributors as TGO David stated earlier.
  20. That's true. But I still stand by the opinion that the "enforcers" shouldn't have anything the "enforcees" cannot have.
  21. I guess my problem is that they were all gung ho about supporting the 2nd Amendment and now they go and sell to the very people who are attacking it! I agree that their offer to CO residents was a very good thing to do. But I vehemently disagree with their opinion that LE in these states is above everyone else and that they should be allowed to have this equipment but the citizens in their jurisdiction can't. That's not right. It's a double standard.
