  1. A fitting eulogy written by Andy Stanford
  2. It is confirmed. We've been looking for Paul since he dropped out of contact this past Friday in Washington on his way up to Canada to teach a class. We finally were able to find out that he passed due to diabetic illness in his hotel room. Currently working on getting him back here for services. He was an amazing person. I miss my friend.
  3. I melted the insides out of one of the Sig red dots a while back. It was mounted on an AK74 Ultimak rail. It had terrible battery life as well.
  4. Tactical Response Fighting Pistol.
  5. Does it have the accessory lug on the gas block behind the bayonet lug? If it does, sgl21. If not, sgl20. Really doesn't matter if it's there or not. It's sole purpose is to mount the russian grenade launcher, which you cannot buy. Mike
  6. Came across a deal I couldn't pass up. A buddy of mine decided to get married and was thinning out his collection a little. So, now I have two Yugo M72 RPK's. The rear one was built by Jim Fuller. The front one is a Century build i just picked up.
  7. I wouldn't be in a union if the place I worked at wasn't a closed shop. Hopefully we will get something like this in the works soon. I would love to not have to pay someone else to go to work.
  8. There are also matches in Dickson that will meet your needs. Lots of good people out there that are more than ready to help.
  9. yes, at -60...
  10. In spec GI mags work just fine. Out of spec GI mags should be culled from supply and destroyed. It's very simple, they even make a gauge for it. I personally use Pmags when I train, but I have a healthy supply of GI mags that work just fine. Mike

    Glass for a scar 17s

Be sure you put quality glass on it. The 17's have a nasty recoil impulse that will destroy lesser optics in short time.
  12. Yep, crush washer is the way to go with a brake.
  13. Can't use a crush washer with a suppressor mount. It won't seat concentric to the bore.
  14. This was a great match, I would definitely like to see more if these in the future. Mike
  15. Cylinder stop notch.
  16. Straight will fit. The existing button will work once you drill the receiver to let it go through. All that's needed as far as hardware is a spring to push and hold the locking bar in position.
  17. Sounds like a simunitions cartridge. but with a bullet instead of a marking round. Mike
  18. Adco and Accurate Ordnance both offer threading services.
  19. Mike

    Confused

    yep
  20. You should go for the fresh mag first. If you don't have a fresh mag then dropping the mag in the gun is a moot point. What gun is it that won't drop mags? Mike
  21. Great suppressor, like Dolomite said, get the stainless one. It's worth it.
  22. Very nice! I'm still waiting on my form 1 to come back. Mike
  23. Not suppressed. Stamps should be back late this month.
