Both of my doctors(one GP and one DDS) talk to me about guns. Both carry and both shoot very regularly.

It's one of the best upgrades I've done to a 10/22. I will say, next time I buy one, I will go with their TG2000 setup. It was a headache to get the action put together. It would be worth it to me to buy it already assembled. Needs some shorter scope rings, but that's all I had in the parts bin at the time. And my 10/22 Magnum.

Recoil felt the same. Had some ftf's and failures to go into battery. Pistol was still in break in though. I have heard of quite a few people going back to the standard recoil spring and fixing some of the cycling issues. Edit: People going to the #3 springs as in the 3rd iteration of the gen 4 spring design, not the gen 3 pistol spring. Mike

Perfectly legal. Just remember even if it has the 16" upper on it it is still considered an SBR. You must be in control of it at all times.

I've been developing a bit of a spare tire over the last year or two. Too much beer and snacks, too many long hours, and too much loafing in the time I did get off. Starting to walk more. I've been doing a 4-6 mile walk ending in a mile hike up the hill through the woods and back. Also starting the p90x program. I had a friend give me the dvd set a while back. I started it before and got a few weeks in until work came with a boat load of overtime. I couldn't keep on with the program at the rate I was working so I quit. Now a few months later I am wanting to get in better shape. Work has slowed down some and I'm not working three jobs anymore. Back to it. Wish me luck. 6'2" and 190lbs today looking to lose about 15-20 lbs. -Mike

I really want to think that the cameras color balance is off. The spread of colors you chose don't seem to work well together. Congratulations on the new pistol. It should serve you very well. -Mike

It's designed to run with or without. The area he machines out does not extend down to the case wall. It stops above the edge of the groove. So no pressure outlets for bulges or blowouts to occur, just like an unmodified pistol.

Most likely it is a dealer post sample. Dealers with SOT and LE sign off can purchase weapons made after the 86 ban. They can't be sold to the public, but they can be rented or sold for agency purchase.

I'm wanting to get a small sheet of kydex so I can attempt to make my own moon clip holster. None of the commercially available ones I have found are to my liking except one and he is still working on backlog from 2008. So it seems I'm on my own here. Any local, middle TN, suppliers? Mike

I asked him about that. He is removing so little metal that there really isn't any problem with heat build up.
