Very true, you might see the same guy for 2 or 3 days than the driver will be different. I did put a large lockable mailbox, it has a slot that they put the mail in with thin packages in. We have a lock that allow us to access that compartment. As far as packages I have a driveway alarm. Like I said before, if it rains and the gate closer is broke you’re out in the rain messing with the gate.

My wife wants a gate as well, the down side is when she has to get out in the rain to open and shut the gate .

That is the same price it was years ago. I still refuse, I wait in the car, just might go in to check on things next time.

We have a CETME, it REALLY likes steel cased ammo, and the way it spits out the spent cases it is no good to shoot brass and try to find the cases. It will shoot half min of paper plate out past 100 yards.

Glad you got you house guest. Funny story, 31 years ago we moved in to our first and only house, yes we are still in it. I get up the first day to a noise coming from the closet, look and find 2 rat snakes making bacon. Wife goes off and runs out side. I get the snakes out with no worries, I know what a good snake looks like. Now the wife is mad as a wet hen, tells me if there is any more snakes she is leaving. a few days latter I find another rat snake under the water heater, no, I did not tell my wife. A few years latter we, the wife, 2 kids and my self walk down to the road, We have to cross a low water bridge. I am at the road, wife and kids, son 4, daughter is 3, are on the bridge. wife screams LOUD, I look back and she is 30 feet away back up the drive, kids still on the bridge, with a 3 foot water snake! I am still giving her a hard time about leaving the kids on the bridge. At that time we had a stray dog that took up with us and came running when the wife screamed, by that time I had moved the shake off.

Are there scratches on the case where the ramp hits, if so you need to polish the ramp a bit.

The great thing about Tennessee, there’s lots and lots of water. Just make sure you’re not in the city limits anywhere, most cities frown on shooting, Mount Juliet has an ordinance no projectiles of any kind, BB gun, slingshot, arrow, firearm. However I have been told that there’s a judge in Lebanon that will give you a letter so you can hunt in Mount Juliet city limits.

Like like everywhere else Mount Juliet grown leaps and bounds. Real estate is shot through the roof. You’re welcome to come to Mount Juliet repaired. Not trying to steer you away but further east Cookeville and Livingston, those areas are gorgeous and real estate has not gone to crazy yet. A little more east of Mount Juliet is. little town called Watertown and Alexandria area and not a bad commute to Nashville. North of Lebanon up around Lafayette and a little further north another option.
