  1. When my wife and I first started seeing each other we would sing this when it came on the radio. Brings back good feelings for us every time we hear the song, still sing it. Ol Meat Loaf lead a hard life in his younger years, and made it as a singer along with other things. Paradise By The Dashboard Light
  2. Glad you made it to Tennessee. Welcome to the fourm, great bunch of people here. I have a brother-in-law that lives in North Edwards. Don’t be overwhelmed by all the firearms that are available, just buy one or two or three or four of each and you will be fine. Forgot to add first round on the FNG, make mine a 30 06.
  3. When my brother and myself were teens we cut up some old peddle bike chain and some coat hangers, made bike chains. we could pull wheelies on ice and show. Was a blast till the things came apart and smacked our legs, coat hanger wrapped around the axles.
  4. You have a subscription to the times? The link is behind a pay wall.
  5. E4 No More, thanks you for your service and please take care of you and yours.
  6. That is because the places we call prisons are half way houses.
  7. Any way this can be used correct (you know left) handed ?

    Snow!

As long as i can remember, it is posted outside on the wall, not by the door.
  9. My brother in East Tn just picked up a used one, do not know the specs. He wants to mill timber for lumber.
  10. No worries, I did a "right click" and opened in a new window. In the movie "The Yearling" that deer jumped a 10 foot split rail fence, I am amazed at the way animals can jump. A cat can jump 8 to 10 times their height, I have seen it.
  11. I will be there on that day, PM on the way.
  12. This is what I see, if I click the twit link, zip, nada, goose egg, nothing.
  13. It is just to make you think, in some county's you lose a hand for stealing. Public hanging in the square would be a great way to stop crime. Yes I know we are to soft on crime, but eye for an eye would stop crime. How about a escape proof prison? All crime is a life term and no parole. Walls 200 feet high and are 100 feet thick, same walls go into the ground 100 feet. No doors, prisoners are dropped from above by crane, food as well. No guards, no need for them. Now that would stop crime.
  14. Greg hit the nail https://www.rockislandauction.com/detail/2017/616/austin-halleck-model-420-lr-classic-rifle-with-scope-and-box
  15. Phil Valentine used it a lot, kinda stuck with me.
  16. I use Titegroup in all my pistol loads, from 25ACP up to 45 Colt with 357, 38, 44 in between. To me shooting is shooting, be it mild loads to hot loads. The difference is the wear and tear on me and my pistols. As far as primers, I use standard for general loads and save my mag primers for mag loads.
  17. and J walking carries the death penalty! I know I have posted this before, but until we as in the general public take a stand, the crime will continue!
  18. As long as crime is not punished things like this will get worse!

We have about 2.5 inches here in Mt Juliet, snow stopped close to 5pm. Driveway is mostly clear, have not been out so no road report.
  20. Once upon a time in the west, fair movie, with Miss Claudia Cardinale.
  21. WOW, 2 pages of "Ad Closed" after using the "Unread" link, fix? Mark the sales forum as read and that got rid of the "Ad Closed" posts. Thanks for all you do David. Still the best firearm forum on the interweb!
