  1. I wish, them it would be worth watching, but they are my team, so I will keep hoping for a turn around.
  2. Slow down, did you read the thread that Caster linked to? How are you "pushing" the boolit? The first bit will be tight. Get a brass rod that will fit in the barrell, I am guessing you went into the breach end, if you can keep going, if not, Put the rod in the muzzle end, give it good wack with a piece of wood and the boolit will come out.
  3. They NEED a lot of things!!!
  4. You will want the groves to fill with the boolit and the lands to cut into the boolit. If the boolit goes through the barrel easy it wont spin right, and the gases will leak by.
  5. http://leeprecision.com/mold-dc-tl312-160-2r.html This casts a nice boolit, Caster swears buy them.
  6. Nov 9th, got my tickets, anyone else going? I started watching Him back in the 90s, to funny, Northen Red Neck. He is the Duct tape king.
  7. What rifle do you have, do you know the true bore size? Do you think you could drive a boolit into and out the bore to get the bore size. .309 might be a bit small, if gas gets by it could lead foul the barrel, not to big a deal
  8. Thoughts and Prays are all I can offier, Do yall belong to a church?
  9. Congrats, diff feeling is it not? I find myself looking around more than I do without mine. I also look at all doors for the "Gun Buster" sign.
  10. Tim, what mold did ya use for your boolits. I have a few diff ones, have yet to try to shot any yet, to busy with life. I have a spare set of Lee .308 dies you can use if you like. Send me a PM.
  11. Mother in law was VERY HAPPY, thanks much.If you have been there you know where the picnic tables are behind the ticket booth, I will be there before 9, see you there.
  12. Many people at the show to day David?
  13. Now that is a good question, my answer, dont fall.
  14. My one and only rule! "If the Zombies are chaseing Us I am triping you"
  15. Silly thought, scope loose, mine was loose on my S308, I felt like a idiot.
  16. I hear some snicker when I tell My OL, Son, Daughter, Mom, Dad I love them when I say goodby on the phone. I look at them and tell them what you just posted, thanks for sharing David. God Bless

    NFL fun

I cant stop laughing, face hurts!!!
  18. Yep, Sunday at opening.
  19. Can you not go around the place?
  20. Gone
  21. Yep and thanks!
  22. Check these guys out. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/forum/88-nashville-armory/
  23. Heat will effect shot group and point of impact, My S308, goes low right after a few rounds. Not much but enough to make ya think. I shoot 10 shot groups, try to shoot 10 in less than 1 min. I do this for 3 or 4 10 round mags, I can still hit a 12" steel plate at 300 yrds, 7 or 8 times out of 10 shots. The Saiga 308 is a good rifle, just heavy.
  24. 300WM, some loads go over 3000 FPS, at that speed you can put a stick into steel. And engery getting close to 4000 ft·lbf., my .308 with FMJ surplus is going part way(close to 1/2 way) into a 3/4 steel griddle plate.
  25. Statement 6: "No weapons, including but not limited to firearms, knives, or any other object(s) that may be used in any way to inflict bodily injury on another person." I kick some one with my steel toe boot and I would be breaking this "rule". I do work there sometimes, tool bag has more weapons in the bag than you can count on both hands.
