I have to call tech support to work on some of the new equipment in kitchens. I have found if they don't answer the phone I can call the sales department. It's amazing that if the company thinks it's getting some money on a sale, they'll answer the phone. Now the sales department can't help me with my questions, but they will push me through to someone that will answer phone in tech support.

I fix things with my hands, that is my job. I use screwdrivers and wrenches, I use volt meters and amp clamps. That's what I do for a living. I see no way AI could help me with that.
