Well after my parents went their ways, I was visiting my mom, she sat me down and told me about her boy friend. In the little place I live it is against local ordnance to shoot a projectile. BB, air soft, arrow, bullet, it has been that way for years, inside city limit's. Now you can hunt, it is OK, inside city limit's. Years ago we were going to have a bow shoot at a Scout event and was told we could not.
