New Build

I have had 8 chickens for a year now, getting 6 to 8 eggs a day. So I talked wife into more, needed a bigger coup. Few weeks ago picked up some wood(free) from a house that was taken down, old elm and oak. Built a coup that is 8' x 16' and the run is 16' x 24', big enough for 25 new chickens. 1 White Leghorn, 9 Red Rangers and 15 Buff Orpington, 4 weeks old or so. Found the chicks here close to home for 5 dollars each. Here in a few months I will move the other chickens into the big place. Will state giving eggs away for free till I have ya hooked, then start selling for money, ammo or chores done around the place.

3. Good buy, get good at shooting, save up for the next one.   and I will add get to casting as well.
4. If yall cast, a custom mold is SO nice to use, and NOE makes a great mold. Now a custom mold is a bit pricy, but ya get what ya pay for, be it cheap or pricy.
5. By the pic it does look solid.
6. Well bought the bolt, had to "fit" it as the lugs were to long, by .001, not much but enough to not let the bolt turn in the chamber. After 3 days of a diamond stone it fit. Loaded up a 3 rounds, all I had begged and borrowed, it fires. Now to get some brass and primers from David next week in the Boro. Still need a few mags as well. Then to dial in the gas block, then sight it in. OOoo the fun.
7. K,I,S,S,I,N,G, Nick and Musicman sitting in a tree?   Sorry guys I could not help myself, I will go back to my corner now,
