Made it to the polls about 7:00 AM, line of about 20 people, on the road by 7:30. I did ask everyone I saw today to vote, most said they were not registered and will not vote. O well, cant make a horse drink water.

Gona be there when the doors open, I enjoy seeing people getting out to vote.

I dont have 1, I have 2, a Bauer and a Raven. The Bauer in in my pocket every day, the Raven is for plinking in the back yard. I like them so much I cast and reload for them, it is a PIA to reload.

We have a set of "Old Hickory" knifes we picked up at a yard sale 25 years ago. These are plain old steel, best knife set we have. We do have more modern sets, but I reach for the old Hickory for every thing I cut in the kitchen.

No, the one shot did not feel that tree, all the other shots did the work, the last was the straw that broke the camels back. I shot a 4 inch tree with 10 12 ga slugs and still had to use a saw to finish the job. I was about 10 feet from the tree so all the rounds went into the same area.

I dont care for slings at all as well, the scabbards are something I have looked into and never got one.
