    Well now the bad news about reloading, you will not "save" money reloading. Ya just shoot more, thus spending the money on more supplies. Congrats on getting into reloading, you gona try "hand loading"?

    I Pray you or any one else does not have to fire on another person, but if you do have the need, get a good lawyer. As far as using reloads, that has been hashed out a few times, do a search.

    What about a place, mine is small, much more than 8 to 10 vehicles and I run out of parking. I am thinking of a parking lot or field, really dont need to have a place to shoot, but would be nice.
