  10. 22's are too fun to shoot . The government should make them illegal or tax them at 10x the going rate. I's not fair.
  11. Dick's Sporting Goods is the same way. I have never seen anyone behind the gun counter. The gun business is one area, where the "big box" guys don't win.

    NEW LCP

There are some sectors of the economy that are booming. I guess Firearms is one.

    NEW LCP

I can't recall a gun being this sought- after. There has always been a list for Seecamps. The Ruger Alaskan. S&W .500.
  14. I do not see how they will last in Jackson. Never seems to be a lot of cars in parking lot. Same thing in Little Rock.
  15. If you find an auction house that handles estates with firearms, put them on your internet favorites list. Chances are that they will do more sales in future.
  16. When I think of Isaac, I picture him as the" Duke of New York" in Escape from New York. He drove a Cadallac, with chandeliers, hanging from the corners of the car. Now that's what I'm talkin bout!

    NEW LCP

One think I could never understand. Seecamp,Keltec and Ruger all have had production issues, long lead times. Seecamp was a small outfit, hand made guns. Keltec seems content to produce at their own pace, down in Florida. But Ruger, with their R&D, advanced machining centers, established supplier base, should be able to crank-out the LCP out, like gumballs. I don't buy the idea that they hold-back, just to make you want it more.
  18. Grew a beard my junior year in college. Never trimmed it, never got a date.

    NEW LCP

I have not shot the LCP. I have had a Keltec for years, with no problems. I assume Ruger has done a great job of advertising the LCP and more people have bought the LCP?
  20. The show that used to be on History channel, Tales of the Gun, featured a number of these type weapons. Cane guns, pen guns were common. Before blood-sucking lawyers controlled America.
  21. I owned a Model 85 Cheatah. It is well made, solid and too heavy to carry.
  22. I was at Mammoth Cave a couple years back, with my family, on a Sunday afternoon hike, in a popular National Park. We encountered a drunk guy on a horse, that started to pull a machete on us, because we didn't get off the trail quick enough to let him by. It did not escalate, but it could have, very quickly. At the time I had a carrying a S&W 640.Never regretted that decision.
  23. That has Majiccarperrides all over it !
  24. Al Gore grew a beard around 2001. But he shaved it off after the Taliban Government was run out of Afganistan.
  25. I assumed that since your DL and HCP are both issued by the Dept. of Safety, that LE would see that have a HCP, if he ran your DL. DL and HCP are the same #?
