Legality would be pretty much determined by the local laws regarding business licenses and such. One potential problem is sales tax collection, the Dept of Revenue in Tennessee is very intense about that. As for non-payment, I imagine your only real option is small claims court, be prepared for long, protracted deferrals if that happens. The IRS will also be interested in your new "hobby" as well ...

Do most leases for equipment allow sub-leasing and/or rentals? I have no idea of the terms of the lease agreement you're talking about, but it seems unlikely that a standard agreement would cover damage repair costs from third-party operators.

Beat me to it ... Not necessarily, there are moments of weakness when you temporarily succumb to the fallacy that there's something that needs changing about your behavior, thankfully lethargy usually then takes over ... Always cultivate low expectations from others, that way people are never disappointed in you, and are sometimes pleasantly surprised ...

For those of you already using Roku, a few questions: 1. What would be the minimum acceptable download speed for streaming? I'm not talking what's theoretically possible, but what speed would be necessary for a good viewing experience (SD only). 2. Are broadcasts from network stations available for free, such as FOX, ABC, NBC, etc. 3. Is there a way to customize the channel menu, so that you don't have to wade through 100's of selections you have no interest in? 4. Realistically, how many free channels do you watch vs. the pay channels, and what's the typical cost for the pay channels? As you can tell, I don't know anything about Roku TV, and their website doesn't give very definitive answers to any of these questions. Thanks.

When I was young I decided to go to Medical School. In the entrance exam we were asked to rearrange the letters 'PNEIS' and form the name of an important human body part which is most useful when erect . Those who answered spine are doctors today. The rest of us are posting jokes on the internet.

How old is the heater? If it's close to 10 years, you're money ahead to just replace it rather than repair, as the tanks themselves have a finite lifespan,
-
The correct answer is, "it depends". Lots of factors play into this, how many people live at your house, how much cleaner, bleach, ant-bacterial products, etc. do you pour down your system, how long and what type field lines are installed, how well does your ground "perk", what size tank are you installing, and so on. As for the "never" answer some folks give, while technically true, it's rarely achievable in practice, due to the number of products flowing into the tanks these days that wreak havoc with the chemical/biological balance necessary to maintain a healthy tank, as well as the proliferation of "supersoft", "superthick" and "superabsorbant" tissues used today, most of which do not degrade nearly as fast as older types. Mine gets pumped every 8-9 years on average.
