Thanks man. We have 53 plows at last count, all functioning and used regularly. We also have a mowing machine, couple of disc, 2 or 3 hayracks and several sleds and drags. Stuff gets used here, not for decoration lol. We usually have spuds most of the winter and at times into the spring, keeping them in the tater cellar. Tapatalk ate my spelling.

We are some late, the rain has been killing us about getting in the garden. Its hard to plow out a mudhole lol. We planted 2nd or 3 rd week in March if I remember right Tapatalk ate my spelling.
Dang. Feelin' a little underpowered here... all I have is a shovel and gloves! Haha... It's great that you're getting some youngins exposed to it as well. Really great. Gotta ask, about how many spuds did you end up with?
Lol the horse is the fun part. There is always a lot of time spent in the garden with a hoe, as well as all the stuff that gets picked by hand. I think we got 5 bushel this year, we didnt plant a whole lot this year. Thanks for all the compliments guys. Im glad I could bring back a few memories, and show that the old ways aren't completely dead yet. Tapatalk ate my spelling.

Well we plowed out the taters today. I thought Id post some pictures from todays plowing. We used a bull tounge and double shovel plows, leather draft harness and our 2200 lb belgian Big John. Me and my dad started the morning. Working the kinks out since John hasnt been hooked in a while, so dad drove while I plowed the first few rounds. My niece and nephews each took a turn My 6 yr old nephew actually ran the plow by himself with dad driving Tapatalk ate my spelling.

If I remember right, Mother Goose uses USA raised and tanned leather. He is expensive, but I am super rough on wallets (most department store leather ones last 6 months to a year). This one has 3 years on it. My wallets get sweat and rain soaked on a regular basis, and carry way to much crap on average, so for it to last this long is amazing. And he has some of the nicest as far as artwork goes, and I personally prefer the longer biker style wallets with chains which is his speciality. Let me know what you decide either way. There are rattlesnakes in every county in TN, including all of Nashville. Living in the city makes then less obvious, but they are around. Tapatalk ate my spelling.

Im not giving you shit. But after then $100 mags and $900 for 1k rds of .223 I hope they choke on their remaining stock and die. I am one of these people who will remeber exactly who did what with pricing. I will support those who didnt gouge the consumer, and for those like CTD? Well, lets just say that if they were on fire, and I had a glass of water, I'd drink tbe water and pray to piss gasoline. Tapatalk ate my spelling.

I think my custom was $100 3 years ago, but its been awhile. It is one hell of a stout wallet though, and he will build them just about any way you want. Tell him Jordan sent you that way if you dont care. Tapatalk ate my spelling.

Ive been carrying a custom made by Mother Goose for 3 years now. He will put on anything you want and build it to your specs. And he isn't terribly expensive. I love mine by him, I picked it up when I was in Socal from 09-2012. https://m.facebook.com/profile.php?id=123456157781932

If its #5 Alpha Chronicles, you should enjoy it. Im actually re-reading all 5 of them as we speak. Its a good series. I really wanna read the 299 days eries but I'm wary since there is so many of them and I keep hearing people complain that you don't get much book for the money at $10 each Tapatalk ate my spelling.

What is the best hunting/fishing product you own?
Spots replied to Wiljo05's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
A boot dryer is essential equipment for anyone who spends time outdoors. I work outside, and that was some of the best money I ever spent. My best thing for hunting? The goretex raingear I was issued and ended up with. It breaths decently and keeps you dry even in a down pour. I hate being wet and trying to hunt or walk out, so it always has a place in my gear.
I know you're not suppose to, but I may just put a real wicked edge on this thing. 1095 should do real well. It's really a sweet knife, that just happens to snap onto a rifle.
I dont have a blade in my possession unless its shaving sharp. And I mean a good clean shave normally. If you want, you can send it to me, I have a hookup with a guy who sharpens surgical equipment. I can make a knife shave, but he makes them whittle hair. Free of charge if you want it. Just let me know. Btw thanks to you, I called and priced out the parts to build my current ar into an M16A4 clone like I carried in the Marines. Complete with okc3s bayonet... Oh yeah.... time to do some hooking and a jabbing. Tapatalk ate my spelling.

I won't get in to a religious argument online, as that leads to bad blood. But its not a myth, and to call it that is incredibly insulting to Christians who believe in it. It is a theory, just as evolution is a theory. Thats all I'll say on that, as I dont wanna lose friends on here. Tapatalk ate my spelling.

I beat you by 13 min http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/index.php?/topic/69590-Fort-Hood-shooter-gets-death  And yeah, lethak injection is much to kind for that piece of shit. Tapatalk ate my spelling.

I don't know how I feel about it. I mean the scum bag needs to die, Injust wish there was a way to stop it from turning him into a martry. Maybe hang him while he chokes on bacon, then bury him at sea stuffed in a pig carcass with the ceremony being performed by a Christian minster from a KJV bible. http://m.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/aug/28/nidal-hasan-sentenced-death-military-jury/ Tapatalk ate my spelling.

A 1920's vintage model 12 12 gauge is my go to shotgun for just about everything. I use it on squirrel, rabbit, turkey, and for anything else, including dove. Its not a recoil monster, but it sure ain't the softest shooting gun I own. I normally run #6 high brass for everything but turkey. Tapatalk ate my spelling.

Kinda. A hollow grind uses the wheel of the grind to hollow the metal out down to the edge. I dont have a belt grinder setup that will do that. I prefer flat grinds anyways for most knives. Tapatalk ate my spelling.
