Spots

I'm a cigarette smoker normally. I have a pipe Ive smoked from time to time but I have a problem with pipe bite aka my tounge burning/hurting. Any tips on how to get away from it? Id add in jumper cables or even better, a boost box. A decent tool kit with wrenches, ratchet and sockets etc. I keep a head lamp and a good flashlight in the truck. I also keep spare socks, boots and rain gear. Tapatalk ate my spelling.

I had a CETME .308 and traded it for a tuned Federal ordinance M14. You'll be happy with either one, but the m14 iron sights are probably the best ever put on a battle rifle. And they are a ton of fun to shoot as well as being easier on brass than the g3/cetme. If your a reloader, buy steel case for your G3. Even if we do risk losing everything, why on earth should I chose to email my intentions to someone who I don't know? I am one of the most outgoing people on this site, hosting meets, get togethers and camp outs. I have networked and made preparations. Why would I risk all of that, all the friends and contacts, the plans and preparations by emailing an unknown entity at a yahoo address. If you wanna be taken seriously come out to a few of our shoots that members hold, shake some hands, drink some coffee, meet some people. That'll get you a lot farther than a first post full of fiery words. I am generally distrustful of people on the Internet. I will say that it was freezing out there today. And in all I think I sighted in 3 AR's, 3 bolt guns, and a 742 carbine. The PA red dot was easy to dial in with postive clicks that made adjustment a snap. The 3 MOA dot was easy to see when turned up to around 9, out of 11, even in the bright sun with snow on the ground. It held a good zero at 50 yds, was clearly labeled for adjustment and worked well even when stepped out to 150 yds. It seemed very overbuilt for the price, and had zero issues all day. I look forward to Jeffs long term review, but I think its a winner, especially for the money. Tapatalk ate my spelling.

All of them. They were all in common usage when I was in the Marines from 07-12. One I love thats not on there is "RFI, cause I don't fly" RFI means an aircraft or component is ready for issue, and therefore should be safe to fly, and we used to make that statement when we were working I level maintenance or ground crew. Talk about pissing off a pilot lol.

But if I do it with the socom gas block I wouldn't need to thread it as it just threads on in place of the factory one. If I can figure out how to do a nice crown with the barrel in the action then I think this will be simple. They sell a gas lock that is thread for a compensator. The SOCOM uses a different gas plug and a couple of other things, but nobody seems tonbe able to decide if its needed or not. Gas port is behind the 16" mark. My old mans got several god canthooks, log tongs, etc. You can't find decent ones anymore for less than an arm and a leg. If your looking for a slightly smaller saw I would reccomend the Husky 365 xp or the 550 xp. Both are great saws and professional grade. For a home owner saw I love the Husky 455 and 460 Ranchers. Plenty of power, and not stupid heavy. But I am a huge Husqvarna fan anyways so that helps lol. Id say for what you do a semi-chiesel chain would be the ticket. They just perform better in overall conditions and all you give up is a little speed to a full chiesel. A safety chain is never gonna cut like a good sharp semi or full chiesel. I don't use one, but its personal preference. They are much slower about bucking. I use a semi-chiesel chain on everything except ripping with the alaskan mill. Here is why. I have been giving serious though to rebarreling my Fed. Ordinance M14 to a 16" barrel to make it handier. I already know the pros and cons of velocity loss, my biggest question is how to go about doing it. Seems I have 3 options. Purchase a Smith Enterprise 16" barrel that I'm waiting on a price quote for nd have them install it for a fee of $75 since their barrels come short chambered and must be reamed on installation Purchase a Fulton Armory 16" barrel for $270 and install it at the shop I work at. Cut my current barrel and recrown and thread it for a compensator. My worry with this is my barrel is chrome lined and I don't want the chrome chipping out. Is this a valid concern? Any opinions welcome. I do understand the cons of this mod, mainly more noise and less velocity. But it being able to fit behind my truck seats and being handier in the woods makes up for this for me. Tapatalk ate my spelling.

I used a groupon thing and bought a $250 package from LA smoke for $30 last year. Its alright, but I still smoke. They don't have the taste of a cigarette, not really, and they just didn't work for me. The filters also don't last like they claim if your a heavy smoker especially.
