  1.   BTC won't be around in 2040.
  2.   BTC/LTC and all the other crapcoins are magic internet money.  Nothing more nothing less   Bersa if you want to get into them, I've got some pretty snazzy altcoin mining rigs for sale.
  3. WH petitions are a waste, they've already shown that you could have double the required signatures and they will ignore or say they "can't change it" and then you will get something that falls in line with the political agenda and they will write a dissertation as a response for a few hundred votes.   contact your reps instead
  4. Unfortunately those people blaming this most recent military action on George Bush is 100% correct... as much as it pains me to say it.   It appears as if the planes for the bombing runs are being launched from the USS George H.W. Bush    http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=56f_1407526155
  5.   I agree with you in part; if we stopped pussyfooting around during wars and worried about erasing the bad guys instead of hurting their feelings or infringing on their rights, we could have put a much bigger dent in their ambitions.  There is no way that we could've ever wiped them off the face of the earth, but we sure as hell could've put the fear of God back in them so fast they would start second guessing attacking in the future.   Same reason children are disciplined; their parents aren't going to be by their side 24/7 their entire life.
  6.   by pulling everyone out before the job was done... because he said he would end the war, so by damned he ended the war without regard to the uncertainty that existed.   And now tens of thousands have been massacred with tens of thousands more in the process or about to be.   Isis is not that big of a group, we could go in there and turn everyone of their hideouts into a glass factory with minimal effort but that will never happen because of the perception of "going back to war".
  7. +1 for Dane unless it is a massive case I wouldn't mess with losing that much $$$ over something small.  Went through this 2 years ago when someone rear-ended me, tried to get a lawyer to handle it, some stuff fell through the cracks and ended up with me handling it by accident.  Had one of my wife's friends review the offer and they said it was as good as they would've tried to get, so that means I gained 30% just by making a few phone calls and sending a couple of emails back and forth.
  8. I think they should get paid for it, those NCAA companies are making BILLIONS and the players are making zilch.     Otherwise I don't believe that the NCAA should be able to use the likeness of or exploit the players for anything where money is made by them.
  9.   google translate ftw!

  11. Good stuff man!  always like to see someone getting a job they want, it makes a huge difference in your life
  12. The only thing this will do is verify the 911 calls, nothing else.  The money could be better spent getting thugs off the street in the first place with more cops and useful gear instead of an overpriced microphone.
  13.   See, it gets more confusing... 6 people in the country, not in NY.  http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Peace/2014/08/05/Ebola-Across-America
  14.   Well it's already turned into a race issue... people on the news now saying that it was racist that the vaccine was given to two white americans but not the 1000 black africans.   No mention about how the vaccine was experimental and had never been given to a human before so these people literally put their life on the line for it.
  15.     That's a great book, and I believe it is much more truthful in how it is spread... we're not getting the entire story on this one.   If it was only communicable by means of exchanging blood or other fluids like HIV is, there would be no reason to go to the extent that they are to contain it.  Some of the contagious disease people have already come out and said otherwise, but the .gov is trying to quash panic.
  16.   Different stories, it says 6 people involved in the NY thing, not just one.
  17. Hey OS, actually read this one, looks like the stories are getting jumbled up.   http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-TV/2014/08/04/Patient-in-NYC-Tested-for-Ebola
  18.   Hey at least I'm honest about it, normally just read the news sites when taking breaks from writing - but usually breitbart is good about not posting misleading headlines like that.
  19. I just regurgitate headlines, not gonna read everything!
  20. Looks like there may be a case in NYC  and one in Britain already.   http://7online.com/health/mount-sinai-patient-tested-for-ebola-virus/239663/   http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-London/2014/08/04/Ebola-Scare-in-Britain-after-Woman-Dies-at-Airport
  21. Waste all day and spend $100 to save $5
  22. Got the wife a new macbook air a bit ago, just a replacement, MBP had a few years on it.   Was hoping they had the new mac mini out by now but there's no telling on it so we didn't want to spend anything "updating" my system to one that has already been out for 2 years now.
  23.   Its not that difficult to understand, unsure why Bud's is saying that except for the fact they don't want to lose the TN online business.  If they have a physical presence in TN, without regard to where their 'main office' or business is located, they MUST collect sales tax.   <edit> the ONLY way they could get away with it is if these were two completely separate companies, but I think there will be a lot of grey area in that one and when that happens, the tax man always wins.
  24.   Seems to be doing pretty good right now though, don't it?
  25. lol Brasil not every post on TGO should be taken literally
