  1. ok so let me sum up this cultural altering announcement:   Apple released a bigger screen - All the other phone manufacturers did that 7 years ago.   Apple released a smartwatch - Other manufacturers have had these on the market for 2+ years now   Apple released a new awesome payment system - called NFC - has been out for years on a bunch of other manufacturer's phones   I love Mac's but forgive me if I don't seem too impressed with Apple "inventing" these awesome new technologies that have all been around for years and years already.
  2.   Dude is really playing with fire there because all it will take is one federal employee to report that they were threatened by him and he will end up bankrupted trying to fight that charge.
  3. Well, that Sprint deal isn't much of a "deal" wanted to share with everyone after looking into it further.  Sounded awesome, but here's the catch:   First thing they did over the phone was get my info and then they wanted my SSN before we even talked about how much everything was going to cost.  That was a big no go.  Next they explained how the $100/month thing only works if you buy a phone on their wonderful "easy pay" plan or whatever it was called.  Basically it means you have to buy a phone with them and make monthly payments on it to qualify.  So for us looking at the Galaxy S5's there was no $99 or $199 phone for signing up on a two year contract, instead you have to pay full price for the phones, spread out over 2 years worth of payments.  So the $100 service is now $155/month for two years because you have to pay for the phones @ full price.   Now, if you buy phones outright or if you already have your own phones, they charge you an extra $15 per line on the account per month.  2 phones = $130/month bill.   Just wanted to let everyone know on that sham before you waste any time on it like we did.
  4.   I'm not going to pretend I even have a clue what those two girls are going through, but would guess that it either had to do with fear or embarrassment. Having everyone in the world know you were raped by your own father is some serious sh!t to deal with.
  5.   They're usually monsters until someone figures them out, then they cower away.  I'm sure that guy will be, if he's not already, on suicide watch.
  6. Too bad they couldn't leave him in the room with a single bullet and a gun to save us all some tax $
  7. Wanted to bump this back up.  Right now Sprint is doing a family plan that's a killer deal... $100 for unlimited talk + text and 20+gb of shared data (now it's 20gb + 2 gb additional per each line) for a total of up to 10 lines per account.   Starting January 2016, they will tack on an extra $15 per line per month charge so if you had 4 lines the bill would go up from $100 to $160/month but that's still looking at $40/month per device phone bill which is pretty darn good.  We're paying that much for 2 verizon phones and only 3gb of shared data.   Plus they are offering $350/line refund to get you to cancel your current carrier and pay the ETF.
  8. Most cichlids are pretty hardy, but plan on having a heater in the tank no matter what kind you stick in there.  If you don't want one in the tank, get an external pump and an inline heater like we use, that way everything can be hidden in the stand/cabinet.   Good thing is if you get Oscars, they get pretty big, and if they get annoyingly big you can just fry them up and start fresh with some smaller ones.
  9. Wow this thread turned interesting.   Anarchy would never survive, it has not and will not because the people involved only want the rule to apply towards their actions, not on actions applied against them.   Example: Anarchist loves to go do whatever say rob someone for some food.  Doesn't think he should be punished for it.  Next day the person that was robbed breaks into his house and murders his wife and children. Viola, you now have a situation that will not be deescalated until some form of a group gets involved whether it be a neighborhood watch, a police force or whatever.  And when that happens the "awesome" anarchist community is no longer following it's own beliefs.   Same with those silly protests they get involved in, the sheer fact that they are participating together organized in a group to send an authoritative message that they do not like the rules, is in itself contradictory to anarchy.   I always find the claim that anarchy is legit, rather humorous.
  10. Those 3 bottles are on the way.  hope you all enjoy.

Also looks like that mom's group is going through their FB page and deleting all of the comments that question their stupidity/don't go along with their goals so it looks like everyone agrees with them lol.   Went from over 1000 comments yesterday to 150 today.  I guess 85% of the population not agreeing with them would be about right.

Well, it looks like you all may need to fill out a comment on their site.  that bullsh!t everytown group is starting a campaign to contact kroger and tell them to ban guns.   don't sign up on this link on accident http://act.everytown.org/sign/kroger-petition-2/   instead drop them a line here: https://www.facebook.com/Kroger   or here: https://www.kroger.com/customercomments   Normally I would say let it go, but if all they hear are comments from the anti's, they'll probably fold just to avoid any conflict.
  13. They do it better in Africa, with tires and gas
  14. Hey guys sorry for the procrastination, I'll get it mailed out on Saturday morning.  Forgot to submit an assignment at school before leaving last week and they only gave me 72 hours to get it in.. That got priority over everything else.
  15. I do IT for a living and say, (even though it will not happen) if the internet was gone I would throw it a farewell party with all our neighbors the same day.
  16.   Bravo good sir!   And anyone that says otherwise hates the Constitution

Wouldn't something like that be a felony, especially with the whole thing about publicly threatening it first?   I sort of hope the bozo does it so he gets exactly the publicity he wants and the rest of the general pop. gets a taste of how stupid these people are.
  18.   Oh I thought it said in the document that it expired in 2015, didn't know they already pulled it too
  19. noticed his FFL is up next year, am curious to see if all of his shenanigans will play into that not being renewed as well.
  20.   Wow that sucks he had cheap transfers!  Not surprised though, drove by there all the time and rarely seen a single vehicle outside.  He didn't do much advertising though, We lived nearby and didn't even realize a shop was there until May of this year.
  21.   Here's why people try not to use the documents literally word for word      The fear of people not having the sense enough to determine intent of the constitution resulted in the creation of the BoR.
  22. The way I read it, it said he came up at the first contact point and recognized him because of an 'incident' earlier that day. Then they released him, and got the supervisor involved and while he was heading to those buildings is when they picked him up during the second contact.
  23.   You know it's also legal to wear a ninja suit with a backpack, creep around the building and stare in the windows of the federal courthouse in Nashville at 2:30am.  And just as I would agree that the ninja suit guy should be dealt with, Voldemort antagonizing the cops should be as well.
  24. which one of you guys on here was on the radio today trying to explain the situation when the commercial took over?  Think it was obvious the host wanted to leave a bunch of vagueness in the air for drama purposes and that's why you weren't held on till the next segment.   100% sure it was someone on here because there was talk about getting into an argument with Voldemort on the forum a few years back.
