That's just simply not true, some of these new cars put out almost peak torque at sub 2000rpm ranges and it stays almost perfectly flat through 7000 rpm. NA gas motors cannot do that. BMW has one of the best torque management systems, but since we're talking about Fords, here is a v6 ecoboost dyno sheet, 100% stock out of an F150, this thing has almost 325 wtq at 2000 rpm. Here's some more info, with nothing more than a chip (and still on 87 octane) you can get 417 tq @ 2300RPM on these little things. and remember this is a canned tune, not a custom one. http://www.ridepros.com/updates/superchips-vivid-flashpaq-tuner-2011-ford-f150-ecoboost And lastly, those are from the 2011 engines, the new raptor engine was already said to put down more power than the old 6.2L motor and I can guarantee it will have more torque.... and lower in the rpm band than the 6.2's.

completely incorrect info. People assume this because of the little motors that people slap turbos on with incorrect AR's or simply too large for the application. Turbo doesn't have to be fully spooled to create the torque. In the cobalt I built, it hit full spool at 4000rpm, but out of that little 2.0 L motor, it still had over 300wtq @ 3000 rpm & maxed at over 360wtq @ 4200 rpm. Torque curves are easily adjustable with some programming, can also do it with some of the new technologies out on the turbos themselves. that 6.2L motor puts down the same power and torque as the ecoboost stock, the ecoboost has more torque on the low end AND you could squeeze out another 100+ wtq from the ecoboost with nothing more than a tune. Try to get an extra 100wtq out of that 6.2 and see how far down in your pockets you have to go.

Not only that 300, but I think when he is executed, a black man should be able to flip the switch while his lids are taped open so it's the last face he sees on the planet. The process should go like "Do you have any last words?" then the guy turns on the juice before he gets a chance to say anything. Then they need to go back and prosecute his 'friends' that failed to report him for saying he was going to go shoot up the school.

They bottle some of that at the Dickel distillery... of all things, they don't bottle their own barrel select but they have done it for Crown. It's all owned by the same mega-corp. Those people also own the show "Bar Rescue" and that's why you always see the same brands being used for the special drinks - it's basically a 60 minute long reality show/infomercial.

Guess the scumbag liked to burn & spit on American flags too

Found the dude's website and pulled it up on cache, he had about 100mb of pics stored on it with a manifesto. Dude obviously had issues, now one of his 'friends' is saying he told them he was going to go shoot up a school and they had 7 days to live, but the dickhead never reported it. his "manifesto"

A knife? That's what our cooks carried. We carried a tank with us. -
Don't waste money on the tasting tour at JD, they only give you like 3 separate types, each about 1/10 of a shot. Go check out George dickel if you go there, it's about 20 minutes away and more interesting imho

Nah, it's common to see this in foreign countries where locals pretend to be disabled near tourist attractions to beg for money. One of my favorites is a guy 'missing a leg' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FC7sgt9X4aA

That's exactly what they were. <edit> theirs only had one needle on it, but they had multiples of those things running on each tank. Here's the magic box that all the company's elixir gets pumped through.

One of my old Army buddies came into town so we decided to go on a couple of the distillery tours and check the stuff out. Jack Daniels was impressive just from the sheer scale that it was operating from. But George Dickel was the most impressive. Dickel uses no computers in their production process at all, it's all done with people monitoring gauges, some kind of mechanical sensors that recorded data on paper spinning in a circle (no clue what it was). They still carry the charcoal around in burlap sacks by hand, and the only machine they had was a single forklift used to lift the barrels up into storage. I got a pic of the little box thing with the hydrometer in it that all of the distillery's whiskey flows through, will post it later. Supposedly wasn't allowed to take pics in there because of flammable vapors but one of the workers said I could. & Lumber Jack, that Barrel Select is some really good stuff.

From a recommendation here about 2 years ago, I bought an Asus RT-AC66R. It's on the top floor on the side of the house and covers (with a minimum of 80% signal strength - measured with an app on my phone) the entire house (2500sq/ft) even down to the opposite side of the house in the movie room in the basement. I stream HD movies to a device down there on a regular basis with no issues. It also covers 2~ acres outside, so when I'm streaming tunes on the cellphone and mowing the yard, it never breaks up. That model looks like it's only $129 now, I'd have zero issues recommending this to anyone, even though it's an older model. Hell, the newer ones may even be better.

Last year there was an incident where one started putting a hole in our siding. I don't mind them either, but when they damage the house it becomes a different story.

Everything is gravy, I was just worried it was another bunch of woodpeckers that would need to be 'permanently relocated' again like last year. All others are welcome.

Oh that's why it was doing that?? I thought it was trying to signal some other birds to come in and help or something. It was fluffing both of its wings crooked over it's back and sort of flapping but not really - like it was hurt. Dang that's a heck of a bird.
-
That was quick, and just looked it up. Makes sense now why it made a nest in the open, hope its babies evade the barn cat nearby.

Don't blame you, I would move from Nashville back to Knoxville in the blink of an eye. That's the best place (outside of Germany) I've ever had the pleasure of living in.
-
Was mowing the grass and found a bird that built a nice nest on the ground in the middle of the open, had some humongous eggs in it for the size of the bird (they looked like small chicken eggs). Anyone know what this is? It was extremely protective of the nest and wouldn't go more than 10 feet away from it even when I ran up near it with the weedeater (when I first noticed it).

Here's a perfect example of why I wouldn't waste a penny on a taser. ***BAD LANGUAGE WARNING*** Skip to the 2:30 mark http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=31f_1432998855

Has it ever caused you to want to light more than one at a time?

Don't know about the lazy part, but I know a lot of people that do not possess the ability to park to begin with.
