Never tried this before, does anyone have suggestions on kits to use? Not looking for perfection, this is on an antique firearm, but needs to be done. In another thread I mentioned a friend that had a rare barrel for a muzzle loader that he broke off the head of a cleaning rod in that will just not come out and he almost broke the tip off the breech plug, the threads for the cap were some strange european cut so no grease fitting exists to fit, and no adapters are made to convert it to standard to use a standard grease fitting.. Took it to Jeff at guns & leather and he said that it was just not worth trying to fix and it should be retired above the mantle. Well, some completely accidental and dumb luck occurred today and I located a factory barrel for it in the depths of the internet while looking for something else. Everything is in good shape, no rust inside the barrel, but some light surface rust across the outside and I would like to clean it up and reblue it a bit to surprise him around Christmas since he thinks it's a lost cause. Any suggestions on a bluing kit would be great, I don't know anything about them.

Looks like it says you need to find one with a P R N D selector switch too.

Mine really eats up the 185gr rounds with 8.1 or 8.2 grains of unique (depending on the brand of bullet). It should be right around that PF, but is on a 4" barrel. I use 185's just because they run like butter through my EDC with a 3.3" barrel, the 4" functions better with 200's, but it's easier just to use one bullet weight for everything. Check this link: http://www.handloads.com/loaddata/?Caliber=45+ACP&Weight=All&type=Handgun As always, make sure to validate those recommendations first.

Does anonymous suck, yes. They use their skills to serve their own desires and tell the "people" it's for the good of them. Just like politicians, except on the opposite side of the spectrum..... or wait, maybe they're just like politicians?

Tim Calhoun, he's on the opposite side of Nashville. Wouldn't you rather drive an extra 30 minutes and get work done by the best? And he guarantees his work for life.

cut off is 11-20, you made it.

168 raids in Paris today. It's a shame they let it get to this level but at least they are going after these people for real now.

Just a suggestion for those participating this year, send your packages with tracking numbers. Lesson learned from last year.

Was referring to recent times, I know they've done a lot in history (won't pretend to know everything, just what I read in school). Up to a few years back they really didn't care about anything that happened any longer... When we were tasked with them under the UN banner in Macedonia, we never seen them when out in our tanks, the running joke was that's because theirs had 9 gears, 1 to go forward so they could turn around and 8 in reverse.

Dogs already loose, he asked us for bombs and bullets and we won't give him any.

Wow took all of 48 hours to start exacting revenge. Good for them. It's a sad day when you have to admit that France has bigger balls than you do.

There's a little secret that no one seems to be talking about, the "oppressed" guy suffering from "white privilege" that went on a hunger strike... Well, his father made $6,700,000 last year as the EVP of marketing with Union Pacific and has a net worth of about $20,000,000. http://www.ijreview.com/2015/11/469456-white-privilege-activist-who-went-on-hunger-strike-has-a-secret-thats-just-too-hilarious/

Oh you mean stuff like this:

Hard to explain how much power is in one of those rounds, that's just a training around (can tell by the size of the tracer burn) and it's probably a mile down range before the fireball starts to shrink. Miss that so much. To Dolo's point, there's two possibilities on why there are so many men in the refugee pics 1) they left the women and children to fend for themselves and escaped because of their physical advantage or 2) a more sinister plan is in place. Either way I don't like it.

no reason to worry about semantics with them, they all need to be on the receiving end of some freedom.

Oh this sounds like the beginning to an interesting story, please continue!

"universal German torque spec - Gudentight" -
Have to disagree with this, no one can stop everything, all the time. However, they did pigeon hole themselves into the situation which allowed it to occur, just like we are doing now in the US.

Would rather be under-gunned than laying on the floor curled up waiting to be executed. (not directed at OS) - please don't start with the conspiracy theories. This time around, instead of telling everyone that they need to prove it isn't a conspiracy, how about proving to the rest of the world that it is a conspiracy. Not with hearsay, not with assumptions or insinuations, not with the same old tired alex jones NWO militarized industrial complex bullshit, but with factual evidence.

Best line of all - "what happens when the 1% moves out of the country?" they will be replaced by another 1%

Homework has finally reached the point that TV is irrelevant except in the mornings before work for the news. Once the Directv contract is up in June, that will be going away and switching to some HDTV antennas just to pick up a few local stations for the morning news.

WAN Architects / Hardware Integrators: I need a partner for a project
Sam1 replied to Pete123's topic in General Chat
AT&T sucks in Nashville, they got to the point at work where any request bypasses the reps and includes the brass at AT&T. That's the only way they have been able to get a quick response. -

Does this need to be during business hours? If not I can ask a coworker if he's interested on Thursday. You would have to explain the details to them, I work on the server side of things and he deals with wan and man and a bit of lan (on a large scale). -
Heck you really have no clue that's a holster. What's the width of the grip at its widest point on those guns and the size of the holster you bought? Mine will be 1.2" on the grip, the website says that gun is 1.2" but the grip sure doesn't look that wide.
