Question on the eforms site.  Not sure if I noticed this before or not, but it looks like there is a permit number box populated.  Does that mean it's going through the process now, or is that something that populates as soon as you submit the paperwork?  Submitted form 1 in Jan, so I'm hoping it's getting close, wanna go shooting.  Just never paid attention to any of the specifics on the eforms site so that may have been there the entire time.

    ^this.  Make sure to check it out after install.  Some of the aftermarket ones are cheaper, thinner and if you look through it, you can see distortions in the glass when you look from the driver's seat out to the sides or from any other angle other than directly forward.  When they replaced mine I told them I was going to check it for any distortions and if there was a single one, they would be putting a different one in.   The non-oem ones may meet DOT standards, but that doesn't mean they are nearly the same quality as an actual OEM.

I would shop around.  depending on the vehicle, windshields aren't that expensive and if you are going to take a hit on your insurance, it would be worth it just to pay a few hundred out of pocket.   had the truck done last year, but we had bumper to bumper kinda coverage form liberty mutual, didn't cost a penny and wasn't listed as a claim.  Windshield without insurance was only like $300 though.

I've been put under over 30 times and never had an issue, if you are worried about that, don't.  Especially if you are getting it done at one of the big hospitals like Vandy.   They will pop you with some stuff beforehand if you get anxious/nervous.  It's also the best sleep you will ever experience in your life.

  Absolutely wrong, watch the video and see - that cop got out of the car with his finger on the trigger.  And ALL of the bikes in that video were at least half a lane over.  Were they supposed to crash into each other trying to pack into a single lane?   Cop is an idiot, should be fired at a minimum for that.  It would be no different than one hopping out and throwing a spike strip at your car as you pass.  If you can't see how absurd the entire situation, I'm sorry.

My grandma was ran over by a drunk driver coming home from church.  She was walking across the street, got hit, stuck under the car and drug to death hundreds of feet down the road.   There are ZERO fucks given about this or any other drunk driver from behind this keyboard.

Hi, my name is Sam.  It's been almost 4 months since my last gun buy. <crowd - Hi Sam>  And I'm getting the itch again.   All kidding aside, been wanting to get an AK, don't want a fancy one, don't want to build one or buy one that was pieced together by someone else.  What are some of the decent factory options available?  I did the normal google-fu and came up with a few, but wanted to see if the hive has any recommendations before ordering.   Not worried about wood or composite, it will probably never be modded, just always wanted an AK and there's some empty space in the safe.

Another zoom option is to hold in control and scroll up with the mouse wheel.  Works with most applications.

For the low low price of $250,000 you can do that too!   Or just buy a blaster and wait 10 years for the price to come down.

Not sure about the landscaping part, but I would hit up the Amish community for the garage.  They'll have that thing built before you could empty a magazine from your draco.

I have to do that for some of the data analytics stuff used for school work. Mac runs on one screen and Windows on the other. It's also nice having windows in VM so when it crashes, you can have spare images on the drive and boot up to one of them with only about 30 seconds of down time :)
