Don't think they will care where you live as long as they get some of your money.

I don't think you're going to avoid PMI, as much as you want someone to tell you otherwise. PMI is a money scheme that the originators are not going to pass up willingly. The only way to find out for sure is to start calling around and asking specifically about PMI. I just refi'd my house last month and the best thing that happened was Wells Fargo made me mad so I put in a request at lendingtree.com and had a bazillion calls within 24 hours with offers better than Wells Fargo was offering. Ended up saving $8000 up front AND saved .40% on the APR.

damn they even had to break out dozers? Only fire on the east coast I've ever seen those at was down in GA back in 06-07 iirc. Everything else around here is just the usual leaf litter from a few years back burning off, which you are already aware of.

Oh sang I didn't know so many structures were actually burning, I just thought it was the usual forest fire everyone likes to panic over.

I hope not a single person is injured, and not a single person loses any property (know the property thing isn't going to happen), but fires to burn off years of underbrush are a good thing. They promote new growth and draw in animals that normally wouldn't be in the area following the fires. We don't see crowning/extreme fires on the east coast, so there will be little to no long term "damage" to the forest. Worst thing that comes from these fires are people panicking, not listening to directions, and people with breathing problems dealing with the smoke.

Unit ball in Germany... I was so jacked up I don't remember even leaving to go there, where it was at, or what it was like. My friends tell me I had a great time though, and the only reason I knew I was there is because I took a bunch of the champagne glasses home.
