They said they were going to do this a few months ago

Seen he had a reality show, so we watched a single episode. I think these tv stations have the same 3 writers doing every reality show that has ever existed. Love to watch him talking about hunting, guns, educating people or just having a conversation, but that tv show thing was a load of cow manure.

Have you considered a painting or some kind of artwork from an antiques dealer? Most of those places have stuff from estate sales that is pretty cheap, my wife just picked up two framed pieces of art that was from what we could tell, the 40's-50's and it is a 3D wood carving that has been painted, never see anything like them before and the set was only $50 or $60. If the guy likes sharing his photos, consider a nice digital photo frame that connects wifi so he can upload pics from anywhere. We got my mom, grandma and mother in law one of these last year and they work great, whenever we're on vacation, we can upload pictures right from our phones to their house, 1000 miles away so they get surprised by new stuff all the time.
This. All 3 of the big pizza chains forbid carry. Not sure about some of the newer ones or locals. With some of the places they make us deliver it really bothers me. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
Wasn't there a recent case where a delivery man won a court case against his employer for using a gun to defend himself that he had in his car?

Holy jeepers batman! fuel lines are one thing that don't get "temp" fixes lol But duck tape with hose clamps over it should work.
I hope your boss does not see this, You work at AZ in Joyner and drive a Tacoma. Kinda narrows it down some.
Or better yet, a thief!

From the technical aspect it gets pretty complicated when you start looking at instructions, pipeline length, registers, cache capabilities (operations not size) etc... The AMD chips operate completely different than Intel (in general, not getting into a debate on specific models), so you would see two completely different outputs for identical CPU's from each company. I wrote an extensive paper on this a few years back as a persuasive essay, starting off with the intent to express why AMD was a better option, and ended up becoming a diehard Intel fan. So I would not consider anything except Intel, until Apple decides if they are switching back to a RISC setup in a few years.
I just have to believe there is more to this story that we are not being told ( or at least that's what I want to believe).
It said they have already fired the employee, so I'm thinking there's not much else to the story. Since it was a private business doing the boot, I am curious if the employees get a cut of the $ for every one they do

Had to employ some good 'ole TN ingenuity this afternoon
Sam1 replied to Sam1's topic in General Chat
If only they were made from metal like they used to be! Dealing with all of these parts made from plastic now is annoying, used to be able to throw some jb weld or quicksteel on anything and patch it up, hell the patch work would last longer than the casings lol. Bet you could pull the radiator out of a 1978 ford ltd station wagon and it would still work great, while a couple year old radiator will now disintegrate just from driving down the road. -
I wasn't aware that a store employee could "boot" a vehicle. Secondly, they should face criminal charges for doing that to an ambulance while they treated a patient. http://www.wwltv.com/news/eyewitness/brendanmccarthy/Ambulance-gets-booted-while-tending-to-emergency-181631351.html

I did hear something funny a bit ago, the person said everyone needs to leave costas alone, because it was the microphone's fault, not his

Went out to Dickson this afternoon to pick up something, and cruising at warp speed on the interstate, the temp gauge shot up fast and I smelled coolant through the vents. Pulled over, coolant was everywhere & couldn't figure out where it came from. Let the engine cool off, drove another couple miles, stopped again and let it cool off then had enough time to get to a gas station (then to NAPA). The plastic end cap on the radiator blew about a 1/2" hole out of it, when I was hoping for a loose hose or something simple. Long story short, I was able to patch up the hole water tight by wadding up some duck tape, melting it so it got hard, melting it on to the hole, then sealing it up with plastic epoxy. Worked so good that it never lost a drop of water on the way back, even with sitting in rush hour traffic - a 2 hour drive. This is one of those rare times when you appreciate growing up in the country and having to fix everything yourself because no one else was around.
we can't give up b/c if we do then they keep spreading false and illogical information. there has to be someone to argue the other side.
I have to disagree with that, our time is spent better working on other angles. When we waste time trying to argue their points, that make zero sense, we give them a little bit of validation when they don't even deserve being mentioned. Things like gun safety, gun control, making sure that people know the loons causing issues, really are loons and not like the rest of us, are much more important than arguing with an idiot about how it was the gun's fault the crime was committed. We could spend years (and have) arguing logic like if it was the gun's fault, then pencils should be banned for misspelling, or that the firearm that was used in a robbery, should be charged with a crime instead of the person using it etc... Obviously they are too stupid to understand these things, so nothing we say is going to impact their opinion. We all get tied up in these debates with morons because it is so damn frustrating that people can actually be ignorant enough to believe some of the things they do, but we should be spending our energy with lawmakers and politicians; the people who can actually impact the issue one way or another. I'm guilty of this just as much as anyone else around, but have been working on it.

So if we took a semi-automatic carbine with a pistol grip, would we get $150? Cause we could actually make money by turning in HiPoints
-
I just gave up on the gun argument, it's useless to try and reason with an idiot. If guns were the cause of murders, then there would be no murders in any country that has banned weapons.
I think about 4 hogs on the property for food of course since they can't operate there business they will need them to eat. That should do they trick. This is definately a pissing contest. JTM Sent from my iPhone
Worked for my uncle, He had some property in a rural part of KY and someone came in next to him and put in a trailer park, and they started complaining about his 2 horses. -Mind you, he had owned the property for 20+ years. They kept complaining, so he moved the horses to another one of his farms and brought a couple dozen hogs to this one. It smelled pretty bad, to the point where he couldn't rent the house out any longer, but he didn't care. He left those things there for years until right before he sold the property.

And this is why they do these contracts, because they are going to screw up and they don't want people to have a choice of where to watch it.

Just to prove a point, I will never watch NBC football again! Not that we've ever watched a football game on any tv channel before

Since the program began in 2002, it has collected about 2,200 guns, which are destroyed. The program allows individuals to anonymously turn in unwanted and unloaded guns to the police department, reports Telegram.com. In return, citizens can receive a free flu shot for turning in a weapon and will get a Wegman's gift certificate, depending on the value of the type of gun. A long rifle gets a $25 gift certificate; handguns earn a $50 gift certificate, and a semiautomatic weapon will bring a $75 gift certificate. Telegram.com reports: "City residents, or residents of any other community, may bring their unwanted weapons, unloaded and wrapped in a bag, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday to the Worcester Police headquarters in Lincoln Square, or from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 8 to the Worcester Division of Public Health, 25 Meade St."

General rule of thumb for optimal expansion of a .45acp is a 230gr bullet for a 5" barrel, 200gr bullet for a 4" barrel and 185gr bulley for 3" barrel
Good suggestion there ^ In one of our 45's we have to use powe'r ball or FMJ's, nothing else chambers 100%. It's picky The XD on the other hand, I believe, would shoot everything that would fit in it, including used cigarette butts

Don't have anything to caption, but I do like the pre-occupied, sometimes angry looking secret service guy in the background of all the pics.
