That is so ignorant; they want to limit the account so they can have 30% in taxes of X amount now, instead of taking 30% of taxes on XXXXXX a couple of decades down the road. It also looks like this will impact roth ira's (although on the high-end) as well. So much for the hopes of that working out well if you're rich

Looks like the going theme is "any truck that isn't new" lol

chevy s10, if you can use a smaller one, couldn't say anything about a full-size option. Everything on an S10 is dirt cheap because there are a billion of them around, and they are dependable as anything you could dream of.

Would say it's feasible if it was an FMJ -
Gave them a call and the guy came out today, is $260/year (only $22 more than Arrow) and the guy showed us how they had done an OK job, but they were skimping out and spread far apart, then one section didn't have anything. The biggest reason we signed with Cook's was because they actually answered the phone and showed up. Called Arrow three times to get paperwork this week and got nothing, I am thinking they were expecting us to just sign over on the contract since their system was in place. Too bad

wow but on that same token, once she learns that her massive bank account isn't her responsibility and it belongs to the community as a whole, she'll stfu with that stupid selective mentality.

Think we scored pretty good on the house, the owners went back in again and painted some of the rooms to have a similar paint scheme throughout the place. This was after we done the final walkthrough, so it was a nice surprise after we closed yesterday. Also the neighbors seem great, he came over and said someone is home 24/7 there and they keep an eye out for strangers in the area, then said he'd keep the yard mowed for us until we get up and running. It's so nice to be back around country people and out of the city!

Finally a smart one! "The victim declined to comment" Yeah it's pretty hard to hit stuff when you've got confusion + adrenaline to deal with on top of worrying about hitting someone innocent, and your life. Seen multiple magazines emptied at people in Bosnia and the guy was finally clipped in the neck by someone outside of the fight... and that was by trained people.

Agree, those things are what inspired the creation of the flamethrower!

I agree, they can choose who they want to serve. But we also have the right to express our opinions to help avoid these knee-jerk reactions to discriminate against people. Instead of sending emails directly to the business, it may be more effective to write a review on third party sites that cannot be deleted by them like trip advisor or whatever ones people from FL use.

SAF sends us stuff all the time and you can't get any more legit than them. It's just what businesses do these days... Gotta wring every last bit of blood out of the turnip.

if you don't mind me asking, how much do you pay per year on it?

You should just do the paint yourself, if interested I can get you in touch with the shop I get all my stuff from. As long as the scratches aren't actual paint damage, you could do it easily with less than $200 (good DA polisher, pads and compounds) worth of stuff and have equipment for the future. Clear coat scratches are easy to correct It's rather easy, this only took about 2 hours a couple weeks ago and it's not even using the shiny polish, just a 1500 & 4000 grit + a heavy sealant:

Yeah, we're spending $1300/month on a two bedroom rental here in Brentwood and have zilch to show for it. That house is substantially cheaper without even taking into considerations the deductions and benefits.

Well, after a month of back and forth with the appraiser and underwriters, we've finally got the paperwork on the way and closing on our first house in 2 days. Great deal on it, 3 bedrooms, an office, extra room that could be an bedroom and a pretty large block storage/safe room. Place was immaculate, owned by an engineer and built by them about 15 years ago - it was one of those places you can tell they went out of their way to take care of. Heck, even after the contract was signed they still invested more money into it to pretty it up some more. Best part of all, in back we have a horse farm, in front we have a cattle farm and there's only about 4 houses in the vicinity. Unfortunately one of the owners was developing MS and they were building a new 1 story house so she could get around in a wheelchair easier. We exchanged stories, and they seemed more interested to know the house would be taken good care of than who moved into it. Anyways, here she is:

Was expecting the normal anti-gun ignorance due to the Gannett association, but it was a good article. -
Federal Framework Being Set Up To Arrest Sheriffs
Sam1 replied to a topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
It's a tin foil hat story, the very bottom of the article says "Some of the data for this report has been sourced from, WND" They took that and ran with a conspiracy theory saying that the secret service would be arresting the sheriffs... -

This is what we did, thank god. We would've been screwed if we bought in this area rather than rented first.... Now we know for certain how bad Davidson county traffic, taxes and stress really is without being stuck here for 15 years.

+1 our base station for the alarm has it built in, and good luck for anyone trying to find that and break it lol

Bet you it's still almost identical, the guys I worked with that were there in the 80's and then back in the late 90's said nothing had changed except the names of the bars. From 96 to 2000, not a single thing changed
