  I would agree in some form, however, we've gotten so accustomed to expecting this type of behavior out of gangbangers or wannabes that it's all just like watching reruns of a tv show every time it happens.  What's that old saying, something like "It's always something new, but nothing ever changes"

        PFFFT!   When I ran over the cliff in '11, the ASSHOLE THP wrote me a ticket for failure to maintain control (100% true and my fault), traveling on the opposite side of a double yellow (was sort of true, except I was sliding down the road on my back and not on the motorcycle) and careless driving (not even sure what this one was about, I was going 15 mph under the posted speed limit for the corner due to traffic). On top of that, the cop showed up at the hospital while I'm still in a coma and tells my wife to sign for the ticket or they're going to issue an arrest warrant for me when I'm released from the hospital and says I gave him some kind of verbal statement while unconscious with a ventilator in my throat... we still haven't figured out how that happened.   Funniest thing of the situation was that one of my doctors said to go to court and fight it and explain to the judge that the ticket was wrong because it should've been a charge for jaywalking since I was already off the bike when sliding lol.  Luckily a lawyer got the story and was pretty pissed off, so he took care of the issue immediately for free and I just had to show up for the judge to toss it.

  Beginner's first aid doesn't teach you how to tell the difference between someone driving after snorting bath salts or having blood sugar problems.   I am the first to say that cops should be charged with crimes just like any of us, but just as bigk said there is a lot of shit going on there that we don't see; it's just another tape edited by the media to show their message agenda. Anyone who has been in those crappy situations can tell you that it is impossible to process all of the data, impossible no matter how awesome of an analyst they think they are.  It's easy for us to see the video and say officer 1 did this wrong, officer 2 did this wrong, because we don't have all of our senses being flooded with variables from the computer screen, we can easily focus on a few select items.   As you said in the previous post about dragging her out, what happened if the car caught fire and they left her in it?  what happened if she jerked something in gear and ran over a cop? it wouldn't take more than a couple of feet to run over and kill someone... what if the driver had a gun under the seat? she had no idea what was going on so she could've very well got spooked and started shooting.  what if she started squirming around inside the car and cut herself up from shards of metal or glass and started bleeding out?   We can play the what-ifs from a computer screen all day long, that's why i stopped trying to make judgements based on videos that are obviously designed to drum up an emotion of some sort until the underlying story is out.  Perfect example is that idiot in murfreesboro that went through the dui checkpoint, people were screaming how it was terrible until they found out it was planned and he was a student pursuing a degree in media then the whole damn thing just disappeared.

Hell, Eric Holder was just in Nashville a few days ago and no one knew, nor did they seem to really care.  TN appears to be becoming a launchpad for this political stuff just out of the blue.

On the same note, many people birch about cops not doing anything, so why would "making 100 contacts" be a bad thing? It doesn't say write 300 speeding tickets, it mandates ineraction which I see as a good thing. Tickets or arrests that come out of that, are up to the cop.

Action is pretty smooth, trigger could stand to lose a pound or two on the pull so I guess next on the list is to have that worked over. Really like these new frames over the previous model, they were able to lighten the thing up to 27 ounces (almost 9 ounces lighter than the first model)

What this is actually about, is that plans are in the works to force nice areas to accept people that would normally be living in low income areas. I do not believe it is about improving current low income areas.
