Glad you got that out of your system lol!   We all know they skirt the boundaries of the law, but I was more curious if there is actually something on the books that allows potus to legitimately fund budget items solely based on if we were in a state of war.

If we were to go into war with Syria, does potus have the authority to approve any item on the budget?  Such as the ACA.   Heard an interesting thought on the situation today on the talk shows, but I'm not sure how it works or if it is possible.  Guy was saying that if we go to war with Syria, potus has the authority to fund basically anything he wants.  The lash back from congress and threats to defund it coming up in the debt ceiling debacle, that (if possible) puts a lot of reasoning behind the statements being made about we have to have to have to, but it's just going to be a little bit and we've already told them how long it will be and with what kind of tactics.  Almost like they don't really want to cause any legit damage in the first place.   Anyone know about the funding thing in wartime with potus?

Yep same deal from 20 years ago, except they were putting them in mailboxes. The devices only last a few seconds or so, there's not going to be unexploded ordinace laying all around waiting for someone to be collecting trash to come by and pick it up. They will still blow or heat up and leak out even without shaking them.

I don't have kids, but just guessing, I would say when they can legitimately respond to someone addressing a safety concern.  Think two years old is a bit young to comprehend those types of incidents

    Yeah I misread those things, they have seen a bunch on the legitimacy of citizenship but also referred people back to the naturalization act of 1790 as you said previously when it comes to the question of "naturally born".  I think all court rulings and laws should have to fit on one piece of paper so simpletons like me can understand.

  Supreme court has already ruled that a natural born citizen is the child of a citizen (not restricted to both parents) without regard to geographical location.

  Yourself, I'm running over $600,000 in medical expenses at the moment and about to jump up another $20-30k getting a few plates removed in a couple of months.   As for the OP, the only time I've ever seen a company not insure a bike is if they were the ones that totaled it out from a previous wreck. 

you want to know something else about the clothing?  I don't buy any fruit of the loom products any longer.  One of my coworkers previously worked in one of their factories in Jamestown KY for iirc 12 years.  They had the employees there removing the "Made in Mexico" tags and sewing in "Made in the USA" tags.  The justification for this was that the tag was made in America, so it was legal.   Being made somewhere else is not an issue because we all like cheap stuff, but to be misleading like that is complete BS.

6.8, I don't think many people are "worshipping" him. It's just astounding that someone is there and talking about right and wrong, and not playing politics with every single issue that comes up. The really sad thing is that what he is doing isn't the norm.
