Amazon, package delayed and they did more then I ask.

Amazon has a great return program, that's why we keep going back. My wife ordered a $300 text book and put in an old address. It was delivered and gone, she called Amazon and told them and they gave her a full refund without any question. I also recently returned a pretty expensive speaker bar and the company didn't give a refund for about 3 weeks I think, so messaged them and they said they couldn't find it in their warehouse so they couldn't issue a refund (not my problem since fedex had a signature for delivery), filed a complaint with Amazon and they gave a refund in just a couple of days. You don't get many places like that online anymore. -
Nothing to see here, just another case of workplace violence. Move along now

Yeah, Symantec was one of the best but then they started installing so much bloatware it would kill a system. I think they started going downhill around '03-'04 when they were focusing on working with the manufacturers and trying to figure out ways to keep people from uninstalling their junk.
-
Neither of them are on the chart, they used to score lower than the majority of free programs. After a few complete misses, I don't think they even give Symantec a legit review anymore. Wanted to edit this, it looks like Symantec doesn't do too bad on the charts, not sure why they stopped listing them. Program is still such a resource hog that I wouldn't put on my enemy's computers.

Hey now, we're moving up in the world soon. Our WalMart opens in 3 months!

zero lot are those houses that are crammed into a subdivision that you can basically reach out of your window and touch your neighbor's house.

The north side of Nashville has the worst traffic of any area, if you'll be working up there, then obviously it would be best to seek a place in that area, but if not, I would consider other options. But I think with the budget you're looking at, there's not going to be a huge market to select from with that acreage. Especially in Franklin as Daniel said, that wouldn't buy many houses on zero lot line plots. The main thing will be to stay out of Davidson County, they have the highest taxes of anywhere around. If your office is going to be in Franklin, you may want to consider Spring Hill or Thompson Station a little south of Franklin. Traffic would be much easier to deal with from that direction and costs are much lower. Think there are some people on here from that area, they could tell you more about it.

Franklin is expensive, we live in Fairview a little northwest of there and it's a fraction of the cost. It's more of a rural area than Franklin and the property taxes are much lower in addition to the actual property costs. The appraiser said our house in the Franklin area would be in the $375k range, but we only paid a smidgen over $200k in Fairview. But it all depends on exactly where you will be working, with Nashville traffic a 15 minute commute can turn into a 45 minute one very easily, so you need to know which way you'll be traveling.

Here's the latest VB100. The higher and to the right the program is, the better it is:

It's a more widespread problem than initially thought! http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=9c3_1382059583 -
Correct, it could never happen here because we have too many eagle eyed citizens keeping track of the FEMA trains.

Think Marshall Law is a new TruTV reality series. They go around pounding heads wearing a brown shirt, jack boots and hauling people off to the FEMA death camps in a mine proof vehicle.

Money for infrastructure? We paid a Canadian company to build that website, so we're not even keeping it in-house to be taxed.

This just takes the cake: http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/obamacare-website-violates-licensing-agreement-copyrighted-software_763666.html In short, this $640,000,000 website we paid for is pieced together with bits from open source scripts and they cut out the copyright notice (credits) probably to make it look like they created everything themselves. Good lord I would love to own a company that got paid half a billion dollars to build a website that the top firms in America would've done for $50k.

Lesson learned? Don't be a thug.
