  Any vizio is awesome, I will swear by that brand.  We've got 3 in our house now, a 6 year old 32", 3 year old 47" and a few month old 47" led and can't think of one bad thing to say about any of them.

Have to disagree, we didn't do anything to keep their country running and they're doing just the same without us there. Their government is no different than any other except that the people are plugged in hardcore, so many things come to light that wouldn't even get noticed elsewhere.

Tanker, the power in a v16 isn't an issue. TFD's make 10,000hp+ on a big v8 with nitro. Double the cylinders (helps in reducing detonation by firing more small ones at once) use some type of fuel and 50% of that would be reasonably attainable. The part that is not reasonable is how they would cool it down. That would take 2 dozen radiators, or some placed in spots that would disrupt aerodynamics severely. Hell, I think the veyron has 10 heat exchangers with a fraction of the power.

Yeah, they really learned their lesson by reducing an occupational force and then getting hit with what amounts to a 3 hour tornado with 50 foot high swells that sucked entire islands back into the ocean. Even though they're a 3rd world country, they still offered assistance after Katrina hit us. That says a lot about the culture, and I think they deserve the same courtesy from us.

Although I hate to get rid of ol' trusty blue (98 s10), we need something with 4wd for winter time.  I was looking to get another s10, just in 4wd but those are more expensive than the canyons and colorados even though they're older.   Anyways, found a couple around at a reasonable price and was curious to if you all had one, what are the common issues to look for when I go check these out?  Am just asking for input on model specific issues, not general mechanics - have that stuff covered.

I'll skip over the usual digs at windows and suggest that..   check the common files/program folders and see if you can locate anything in there.  the directories are hidden in win7 so you'll have to show them or access by typing in the full path.  normally if you're dealing with a residual app, it's in that directory.   also, download TFC (temp file cleaner) to get rid of all your junk after you delete the folders.  http://addpcs.com/software/tfc/  download the portable executable 4.0.2 or older, the newer versions do the same thing but are clogged up with advertisements and other crap.
