anyone know somewhere to get it online? Don't mind to buy half or a full case (as long as the price is legit) if need be... I can't find it in stock anywhere.
-
Yeah we buy actual, and do it locally whenever possible and only in 1oz bars, nothing larger, and no coins. Not sure why people buy paper gold/silver, it's more useless than putting the money in funds.
-
Also if people have frequent flier miles they don't use, you can donate them to the fisher house. We normally donate all of our Delta miles to them since we don't fly this airline any longer. I believe the program is called Heroes Miles

Agree 100% and we are still buying silver regularly just because. We were paying a spot price of $30 a few months back and are now paying about $20. I don't consider the previous purchases a loss because it's a long term investment for us and we've been on the same plan for years. Metals only hold the value of availability and demand, if someone discovers a massive deposit of silver next week in Africa, then it could drop down to $10oz next month... You just never know and that's why I always advise against getting into metals to make money on just because a TV commercial says it's a good idea.

Whenever the fed decides to cut off QE3, this isn't some type of theory and I'm not a doomsday market prepper kinda guy. But if you know about the market, you would understand that the fed pumping $75,000,000,000 into it each month is artificially inflating it. The investors make money no matter if the money comes from the public, from the industry or the government. Once QE3 is gone, we are not going to magically see a substantive influx of money coming in from the non-gov sources. This issue has been discussed even before QE3 started

Problems with gold, there are plenty... first in my head would be when just a while back the bombardment of "BUY GOLD NOW THE DOLLAR IS CRASHING" advertisements, and posts and threads everywhere when gold shot up to $1800oz earlier in the year and people were scrambling to buy it. Now every sucker that got into it has lost 30% of their investment cause it's back down to normal pricing.

Don't know about any epic "meltdown" but you're going to see the real market worth break through as soon as investors find out when the fed spicket will be turned off.

we simply cant have the lowest labor participation rate in decades, higher taxes, the ACA implementation and lower median incomes than years prior and have record high stock levels. The only reason it is this high is because the people trading don't care where the money comes from as long as it is coming in, and right now they are sucking on the teet of the bond buying fiasco. When you look at the market average, you have to also consider the volume for a complete picture. Right now we're over 16k and a very low volume which historically that reflects instability.
-
zero people have had their rates go down and that was never the plan. I'm still waiting to see the true numbers with people that have signed up for coverage under the ACA because my guess is at least half of them being reported actually signed up under expanded medicaid and not for these scam-plans being shoved down peoples' throats.

Godspeed OP! I hope we get some politicians with testicles big enough to stop this before people's lives start being considered as collateral damage.

Yeah semi-chisels are the way to go on everything. We had a lot of issues running full chisels during fires wearing them out and having to sharpen them a heck of a lot more often, not sure why but burnt out trees and ash just ate those full chisel chains up. -

The reason you can't find a good axe anymore for less than $100 is because humanity got smart and attached an engine to it and call them chainsaws now  -
Just got finished watching it and this was hands down one of the best war movies I have ever seen. Not only was the movie itself awesome, it was done in an extremely tasteful manner with a tribute to each one of the soldiers before the credits . If you like anything to do with the military, I guarantee you will love this movie. Am going to watch it on the biggest screen it's playing on as soon as it hits the theaters.

it was probably owned by a conservative company and the pilot was yelling over a loudspeaker "How's the global warming working out for ya fellas?"

The techies on here will find this very interesting, more specifically being able to channel the information through a GPRS data connection - You know, the one that you can't disable anymore on a smartphone "for 911 services" wink wink http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-12-30/how-nsa-hacks-your-iphone-presenting-dropout-jeep Flowchart

Yep, by leaving them there, they should have plenty of time to finish the research

Fisher house is our new favorite thanks to input from others here and some recent news stories of them personally offering to pick up the tab on soldiers' death benefits during the gov shutdown. We don't do WWP anymore.

Scientists are trapped on their boat in ice because of a blizzard in Antarctica, while on a mission to study the effects of global warming...multiple attempts to get them out with other ice breaker ships has failed. It doesn't get any funnier than that http://m.newsbusters.org/blogs/pj-gladnick/2013/12/28/msm-glosses-over-irony-global-warming-scientists-trapped-antarctic-ice#ixzz2ovITxKYv

Wasn't that the one where they were pumping gas into the building? If so, that was all over the news.
-
And according to Jay Carney, O found out about it on the news three weeks after they started airing.
-
Probably needs to sell everything for lawyer fees... or was this dumbass still representing himself?
-
They need to use the signs constructively and not as a death scoreboard.

Well, off work and school so I thought I'd rewire the entire garage with led shop lights and put about $800 in for the best ones that were available locally... Complete waste! Those led lights in the house work great, but the big shop lights are fractional of what the old T12 fixtures were. Not to be deterred, I returned all of the led's and bought a bunch of high output T5's (for 20% of what the led's were) and now there's 50,000 lumens hooked up in a small 2 car garage lol. Anyways, moral of the story is don't waste money on led shop lights.
