  1. It is a real gun, well, I had to fill out a 4473 form for it. I did have an M&P for a better part of 6 years. When I dropped 35 pounds, it was hard to conceal a full size frame and didn't want the hassle of dropping more money for the Apex set up.
  2. Beat me to it.
  3. But you get the wobble target too! Factor out the wobble($17) and it's .14/round. Still up there.
  4. Picked up (2) 9mm and (1) .40 S&W. The SG3568 code was expired for me, but I did find a $5 coupon to help.
  5. Big nads there.
  6. 500 round Blazer bricks $50, just posted on Facebook. Meh Edit, just looked again. Looks to sitting next to the Armscor. Funny stuff.
  7. Thanks Mr.
  8. Hozzie, who do you use for FFL's? I looked down my way but don't see anyone that is set up with them.
  9. Yikes!
  10. "Ghertner and Company"....they run a lot of neighborhoods too, including mine. They have had tons of complaints on management skills before this happened.
  11. Can you explain this part?
  12. Welcome. I'm certain that someone will be along shortly and give a link to carry laws in a bit. Handgunlaw.us has good information as well as links to local state sites. I frequent Publix myself and have had no issue (I only carry concealed fwiw). Walmarts are apparently posted by area/region as some have posted on here. Some are and some are not. My local store isn't as I saw a couple of locals open carry this past Sunday. Enjoy TGO, bunch of nice folks behind keyboards on here.
  13. Knocking the dust off this one. Spotted two this morning at WallyWorld. First one was OCing obviously, lefty too. The thing that bothered me was his 25 keys hanging off a lanyard and clanking off the back of the slide near the rear sight. Next up was a fella in a sweatshirt about a size too small. Printing badly and the muzzle hanging out. Have my own opinion on that, but it's not appropriate here. Oh, and one last night. Tucked in shirt, but IWB w/ no retention?. Not sure about that either. To each his own I suppose.
  14. Saw that too. Last I looked there weren't any bad comments. Must be quick to edit those out.
  15. Thanks for trying to reel the thread back around.
  16. I miss my M&P. Oh........nice looking setup.
  17. If I had a job and $99 (car joke of course) I'd be in it this time. Haven't gotten my allowance for the month yet. Being Mr mom has it's drawbacks.
  18. It's tempting once again, but last time I did get two boxes and two of the same item. Got enough stuff laying around that I don't use. Good luck to those that order one.
  19. Another round, got the email this morning.
  20. I've got the PD35. On/off button on the back. The pad on the side has 5 clicks. Press and hold for 850 lumens of strobe, release and it goes back to normal setting. Sucker is very bright. Turn it off and back on, it goes to the brightness you left it on previously. Just noticed a few weeks ago a UC40 model popped up. Rechargeable version of almost the same light and 950 lumen. Tempted, but I also picked up another light not long after the Fenix.
  21. With a 3 month old and one 4 years, my range time has gone caput. The 200 rounds of mag should last a year or two. Booo.
  22. I shoot it, need to shoot it more now that I got the sights zeroed in. In my avatar over there <- Next time I go through some Greg, I'll PM you for an address.
  23. Don't think it's a molding issue. Why would it be out of spec now(top and bottom picture are 11 months apart)?
  24. Thanks for the pic. I'm going to call Glock hopefully tomorrow and see if I can get a new RSA at least. Still somewhat new to the brand if you can't tell.
  25. Bought this Gen 3 23 in April 2013. Have since thrown less than 500 rounds down range. Went to the range 2/28 for the first time in.....lets just say a while. Had FTE on both G26 and 23. I'll take partial blame for that as I've not shot in a while. Did have the local Glock guru at the range check them both out as I've never had an issue before. He said the spring might be weak. He pulled the slide back, pulled the trigger and slowly rode it forward manually. Didn't make it back to battery the last 1/4" under it's own power. Came home and started checking it out. The frame is curved a bit at the muzzle end. Any ideas on how this happened? Guess it needs to go back to Glock, hopefully not. Note: this is my "house" gun. It does not sit in hot cars or stored in hot places in the home. The last picture ( I hope) is when it was only a few months old. The other pictures are from today. Thanks, John
