  1. Springfield XDS 9mm 3.3" $479+Free ship. Not seeing any CC fees either. http://www.gunbuyer.com/p-53941-springfield-xds-9mm-33-essential-xds9339be.aspx
  2. I bought a Netgear R6300(AC1750) and have been very impressed. Two phones, iPad and a laptop that VPN's without any issues and a hard wired PC. At 2200 square feet I'm pulling 78mbps on my phone downstairs from the router. The laptop is on the 5G band at..well.. it says 780mbps. I can go two houses down and have 3 out of 4 bars on my phone still with this beast.
  3. gjohnsoniv is good with leather. Glock 23 or 26 in my case. S&W 686 6" (since no one sells them in a decent price range)
  4. I did this without any issues. I bought a standard S&W M&P 9mm barrel and magazines and hit the range. No need for the LW barrel for the swap in caliber.
  5. I live 4 miles from there according to google maps. Been living here for 9 years and been twice. I need to fix that soon I suppose.

    FNS 9C

Y'all are killing me with these FN's. Might have to part with my G26 soon.
  7. I have a 2011 that we bought new. The difference between the Limited and mine was dual climate control up front and the rims pretty much. My V6 is getting 25 on long trips and 19 around town. Its fun and moves along pretty good if you have a heavy foot. Second row is fairly comfortable also with the reclining seats and its own hvac. Choose this over the Honda Pilot and Chevy Traverse.
  8. Most everyone here is heading north. Google Maps is good at approximating time. I've used it many times on my phone when running back and forth to Vanderbilt Children's and it adjusts to traffic. I'd say 35-40 is safe, morning or afternoon on that section of 65.
  9. A lot more .40cal around than I thought. Thanks for the updated list Patton.

  11. I received a knife similar to this when my grandmother passed. Mine is much cruder than yours and I'll keep it that way. Looks like a piece of scrap metal formed for a blade, eyeballed a pair of wood handles and used aluminum make-shift rivets to hold it together.  Hearing from my mom how grandmother grew up, her parents made everything to get by. I'm not touching her knife. Most antiques that I inherit are cleaned, waxed and pretty much roped off from the kids. This knife of hers will stay "seasoned". It would barely cut a cheese sandwich as it sits. Nice find by they way.
  12. Welcome Toothpick.
  13. Excellent ending to that tournament. Moved to #2 in the world rankings also.
  14. They are carpenter bees. I've got a pellet gun, just wanted to know if there is a way to rig up a salt load of sorts. Similar to a cap and ball maybe?
  15. Any salt type loads for a pellet gun? I've got two bumbles trying to run me off the deck. Hit one with an Airsoft P226 somehow but just knocked him for a loop before he was after me again.
  16. When my sister got the safe deposit box of my dad's after he passed it was stuffed with silver coins and early mint sets. Mom didn't know about them either.
  17. PC is pegged out at 31mbps. New WiFi router and my laptop is getting 62-62mbps which was getting around 25 in its current location away from the WiFi. What can get my PC up to speed?
  18. My NIC, I found out, is good for 100Mbps. My WiFi router in general is slowing everything down. If I take my WiFi router out of the loop the speed runs up. Found the new WiFi router, need to find it on sale now.
  19. Network adapter card or ethernet card, is there a difference? PC runs like a top just ancient. Found one for $10. Better than shelling out for a new machine right now.
  20. Dang is right. I'll be hitting 62mbps once I install a new card in my dinosaur pc. Only gets me to 30 now.
  21. Your wife needs to talk with mine. I would have been SOL if that happened to me.

    Oh Goody!

I had to fly into PBI to visit family in Stuart. What a crock.
  23. After the shot.
  24. Rebel XS. Within the last year I've gotten the "BUSY" screen after the shot and I've always used the high speed write type card. Most of the new cameras you can get a shutter count off the included software or a few web sites can see your count if you plug in.
  25. My DSLR has close to 15k clicks that I got in 2009. Lags some on low light pictures these days. That T3i looks like a nice replacement. Leaned a fair amount reading this thread.
